The beach is very close. The water is very clean.The surrounding is very quiet.The employees are very friendly and supportive.

It's a family-run business and everyone in the hotel is so friendly. During our four-day stay, we felt at home away from home. The place has easy access to various places of interest. They have a nearby, friendly rental car business that also offers a discount if you are staying at this place.We didn't try breakfast and lunch in Tsialis for first two days. Once we started eating there, we continued to do so daily. My daughter has already planned the next holiday in Larnaca with her brother and SIL and will, of course, stay in Tsialis.

For the amount we paid, this was a steal. The place could be classified as a five-star resort in some other countries.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this holiday apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience.The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and never too crowded, making it perfect for both morning swims and lazy afternoons.Another big plus was the location. The beach was just a short walk away, many shops and restaurants around, which made it easy to enjoy the holiday without needing a car or public transport.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-kept apartment with great amenities and lovely hosts, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Large rooms. Ocean view terraces. Owners welcomed us back like we are old friends. Food is very good!

Low flow shower heads. Really the only thing now. Everything else was 10/10. Love this property!

All the stuff was extremely welcoming, very beautiful property, nice and always available pool. Good room and well equipped small kitchen.

Sink in the bathroom was clogged, but on the first request from me it was fixed. Although all stuff was very nice and helpful one person from the stuff allowed to himself to be extremely non-polite with me, which spoiled for a while the good impression of the stay.

Every thing. The stuff are exceptional from the front desk to the house keeping. The rooms are clean and comfortable, any thing that you need is there. The rates are fare that allows a vacation with a clear.We will come back 100%

The apartment was airy and comfortable and the hotel staff were very welcoming. The hotel gardens were beautifully maintained and a pleasure to walk around.

Cozy apartments with everything you might need inside. They have a very good breakfast at a good price. On a walking distance from the beach, where there are a lot of water sports available. On a walking distance to very good restaurants with local food - we enjoyed the food in Mamas' restaurant, just 200m down the street. The bus 425 from the airport stops right next to the hotel, so the location is good for both sightseeing in the center and/or traveling from/to the airport because of the comfortable transportation. The pool is clean, and the kids love it. We had a lot of fun there. Right next to the hotel, there are shops with souvenirs, ice cream, sweets, cosmetics, good wine, and anything you might need. The hotel also has a very beautiful garden. The hosts are amazing and do anything to make your stay unforgettable. My warm regards to both of them. Philip suggested we go to Camil Park, which was so fun, and the kids enjoyed it so much. Visit if you have a chance. And also to a boat ride, which due to change in the weather we didn't manage to do as planned but instead we did some sightseeing at Finikudes. However, it was a very good suggestion of Philip, which I am saving for next time. We will definitely be back one day to spend more time in Cyprus.

I can't think of anything negative.

A very nice and cozy place, run by a family. They made you feel at home and were always available to help us out. The surroundings have plenty of bars and restaurants without having to go necessarily to Larnaca center.The beach is just in front of the hotel and you can enjoy the swimming pool, too.

Everything was just great.One point is the low pressure of the water, but this is common in every greek island so it isn't a issue of the hotel at all.
