Location is ok

The response of the staff when I made a complain was not fast. If they responded faster maybe I could move to other room with better Aircon, but the 2nd repaired was at 11PM, when I was too tired and sleepy so we had to sleep in a hot and humid room with aircon that only the blower functioning with no cold air at all.The facility (esp air con) is not meet the standard of 4 stars hotelWhat make it worst was because the price is too much compare to the experience I had.

Location is great, room is spacious, 2nd time in here

The staff are very friendly and polite. The room is clean and spacious. The location at the center of the city.

People can smoke in the restaurant when breakfast, it's annoying. We can not enjoy the breakfast because the smell of smoke.

When i was breakfast, the Air conditioner is not working, quite warm in restaurant.

The hotel is located in the center. Is it not a great hotel. It is good. This seems to be the best hotel in Magelang. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The washroom was clean. I'm satisfied.

The pipes and shower in the washroom are very old. The washroom seriously needs to be renovated.

Good location, large and clean room

Location convenient for Artos Mall and Borobudur. Pool had good temperature. Lobby bar stocks liquor as well as wine and beer, a surprise for Magelang. I had a nice vodka gimlet.

Staff looked like they were rented for the day, or else overwhelmed by the 95% occupancy. I was there the evening of the annual Lampion Festival and the next morning. Few smiles both days. I was the only one eating dinner at the restaurant and the server always had her back turned. At breakfast, we arrived at 9:15 and some items were gone and never restocked before closing at 10:00. (see photo). To get eggs prepared I had to chase down a server who just said “OK” and then eventually she got a man to help. The shower would be improved if rain-style overhead shower head is installed, or if a door were added, as the regular shower head shoots water all over the floor by the toilet and sink. The Grand Artos hotel is just a block away so I will try it next year.

location, the hotel is strategically located just nearby shopping center and easy to reach from outside city. Room also have ample size and adequate amenities. A bit wear out here and there which maybe can become subject for renovation in the future. The only complain is the parking space that seems not enough if the hotel is full with guests.

Space for car park is limited, and cloth hanging is too high. Bed and pillows are also a bit stiff which some people may find it unfomfortable.

The staff was very kind and friendly and the check in was very fast and professional. Parking was directly in front of the lobby so I felt save for my car and the contents.

The restaurant setup was based on the Covid 19 regulations very uncomfortable we felt like in a empty room. Indonesian Food was nice, International Food--- needs adjustment -- Burgerbread was hard and dry had to be replaced. Breakfast buffet was acceptable but not something to go the extra mile for.

The intern staff are so polite ..

They dont have a proper smoking area... The main lobby and the diner area are so smelly with the smoke coming out from the cigarettes .. As non smoker people I find it disturbing and not healthy as I was bringging my child and baby.. Not only that the parking area in the basement is too narrow and not enough .. It doesnt fit for big car .. My car get so many scratch.. They should informed us before hand or at least give special parking lot for large car near the lobby area ..

Disappointing

The receptionist attempted to cheat on us about the information on breakfast availability. One of their supervisors denied to refund the excess of breakfast cost. We must argue strongly to get our money back !
