Very convinient to go anywhere and the staff very helpfull, easy to communicate with the staff member and sooo polite.

should put more channel to the tv connection, example : HBO, Netflix or anything else without we have to put our email address and we have to pay monthly

Nice location downtown Magelang. Great communication by the staff and super helpful in case we needed anything like bookings, transport or anything else. We left our luggage when we went out of town for a couple of days, that was no problem. When we happily returned our luggage was waiting for us in the room. Nice breakfast too!

The room is right next to the swimming pool and breakfast area so there is little privacy with the curtains open.

Nice hotel in Magelang. Very clean and looks new very friendly staff that want to help you have a good time.

The room was spacious, clean , great amenities, staffs are professional, friendly, accomodating and helpful.The swimming pool is really amazing, the interior design is also cool.Delicious food, especially for breakfast: nice place, enjoyed by the pool, good menu, lots of choices and great taste ?

Very friendly and diligent staff. They are kind and open to help in any matter you need in your trip to Magelang (fast laundry, locations, food)..in English! The place is good located, near the Alun-alun and city center. The best part: a nice pool and place for chillin.

Location, ambient, staffs, and the size of the room. Also the interior is comfy and really makes guests feels at home. The price is a bit on high side though, but you can save a bit by not taking breakfast and enjoy your breakfast from nearby restaurants.

the pillows are a bit hard, which gives sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom fan also a bit noisy and must be turned off to keep the room quiet. Parking space also limited, but there is always a staff that guides you with the parking.
