Pros +
- Is super clean convenient close to Shoping area friendly stuff we will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit my family, we stay in exclusive suite definitely recommend it.
- The quiet location, the ambience, the cleanliness.
- Well maintained property, good for family, friends or couples.Friendly staff
Cons -
- We like everything from room, breakfast, pool, spa and the laundry is super affordable we do all our laundry 4 full bag.
- In the room the curtain will not protect from the sun so in the morning you will wake up with the sun!The cleanliness of the room was not so good, and done fast! The position of the hotel is far from city and was not service provide to rent scooter. The food for what I tried in room service (since I don’t have breakfast in the morning because I like only drinking coffee) was of not good quality. The staff was not speaking a good English, was very difficult to communicate.I had couple of request during my holiday there of around 6 days and no one was full filled:1) I asked to have some birthday decoration in the room for my partner birthday and the didn’t ( of course I was willing pay) and I ask at least to have some paper wishing happy birthday and also was not possible.2)I asked if I could stay longer in the room after checking out, since I was feeling a very strong diarrhea and can’t leave the room, the option I had was to pay a full day just to use the room for few hours (and I’be been in the hotel for a lots of day) so I was expecting a different treatment, at least to pay half.
- I don't like how far it is from Dieng.
