Great location and view from the balcony

Needs a couple of extra items.We were there for a week and although it’s not got a kitchen a few bbq utensils for use at the shared area would be handy.Also since not serviced I’d recommend a broom and dust pan and brush left in the room for use.

The location of this room was perfect. It overlooks the Marina the outdoor party area and the ferry landing point. So we had free entertainment of one sort or another every day.The bed was comfortable there was adequate seating and the decent balcony (with table and chairs) meant that we could eat breakfast there.

Although described as a "studio" this is really a large hotel room, however there is sufficient crockery/cutlery and a fridge, electric jug, toaster so that this is not really a problem unless you plan to eat-in a lot. A microwave would have been nice. Don't want to complain, it's a nice, workable environment.

Location however location made it little bit uncomfortable too

The restaurant downstairs generated lots of noise. So if you are after a quiet weekend - go somewhere else. First night life music on the deck and the second night a wedding.Room strange too - no proper blinds to block out the lights from the boats . Strange noisy fridge in the middle of the room!!!what’s the point ! And if you turn it off the water leaks on the carpet!!! And the carpet … I think it needs some serious cleaning!

The view was great.

Could not get a meal in the Resaurant. And 2 nights we could not even get a drink as it was closed for a private function which could have been held in one of their private rooms instead of a public area.

The location was great.

As soon as you walked through the door the smell hit you. It smelled musty and mouldy. The air con filter looked like they haven’t been cleaned for sometime and were full of dust. Each day we had to leave the glass door open to yet some fresh air through the room.

carpet mouldy under fridge , carpet badly stained ,vanity top had a big crack and dangerous for children , shower screen was mouldy ,bed base lining coming off,top of plate cuphboard blown open due to moisture .walls need repainting.

Resort pools

No lifts and the Regatta was on with live music every night we were there until 2200 there was no warning .

The view was to die for.

We should have been told it was on the third floor with no lift and we should have been made aware there was no wifi. The restaurant just didnt have enough variety to eat and when we did eat there the fish was overcooked by heaps.

Amazing view. Close to shop.

I liked everything. We've stayed at Magnetic Island for 3 nights and that was great experience.

The location is perfect and the proximity to everything was great

The bathroom smelt like sewerage. We had to buy incense to be able to tolerate it

It was unfortunate that the Resort restaurant was not open for dinner.

Great views and resort facilities were great. Staff at bookings and reception staff all friendly and helpful

Only a small one but.......Cutlery, crockery and washing up supplies in cabinet but lack of bench space and washing up facilities was a hinder

Absolutely a disgrace. No services provided, no internet, no cleaning, no fresh towels, no new linen, no TV etc etc. We have reported and asked for a refund
