Beautiful location, right near the beach.

No capacity to close off bedroom area, could not block out lights from outside.

Staff was amazing private back deck surrounded by lust forest walk to the beach

What an awesome team. RIght from making the sofa bed due to our late night checkin to accommodating our late checkout request, no questions asked. Room was clean with all expected facilities for a 5 day stay. Clear communication and easy to follow checkin procedure for after hours. Both Carl and Mandy were great to interact with. The aircon worked perfectly for the hot/humid weather and the bed was comfortable. Our son enjoyed the pool and we had a father-son mini tennis match on the court at the property. Plenty of underground parking available, nice quiet location was a reason we chose this property so we don't have to pass through city traffic to visit the points of interest on our itinerary. Will be back again next time we visit the area. Thanks a lot Carl & Mandy!

Very helpful staff. Apartment was spacious, comfortable with plenty of windows and attractive furniture. Facilities included a lovely swimming pool and restaurant. Walk out the front to the beach or park walkway extending along the beach. A wonderful location.

Location right on the beach, great for a stroll or swim in the right season. Nice relaxing pool to chill or tan by. Suite spacious and comfortable. Felt like home away from home!

Absolutely exceptional service. We booked 3 apartments to attend our daughter’s wedding. 2 of our bookings were upgraded. Communication was exceptional. The room was wonderfully clean and the fresh tropical flowers were a beautiful touch. The restaurant was also exceptional and extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend

Restaurant was lovely and breakfast was excellent. However the chairs are not comfortable for older aduts

After hours access became stressful and slow response time

Pool and gardens just beautiful. Bird life was amazing . Beach metres away. Cleanliness of our unit and all surrounds excellent. A real tropical paradise.

Remotes for air conditioner and tv require attention. The air conditioner vents required attention.

We stayed 9 nights and would have liked to stay longer. Excellent value, quiet location and short walk to the beach, lovely well cared for tropical garden around pool, lift to room level from undercover car park, spacious comfortable apartment with large balcony overlooking the garden, warm reception from Carl & Mandy. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Can't really find anything to complain about, it met our needs except it being Christmas we would liked to have had a proper oven, but a microwave is the available option. No dishwasher, but then again certainly not a critical need.

good easy beach location, short walk to beach. Tennis courts, friendly staff. Great beds for the price.

Pre-set aircon, that you cant adjust at a less than ideal temperature ruined a high score for this one! At least you can turn the roof fans right up eventually stop sweating. Its a Cairns summer! Not cool!

Clean very spacious apartment and the pool was beautiful

Very quiet secluded location right on the beach. The room had everything we needed and had a wonderful view over the pool. The check in was a breeze and undercover car parking was a plus. The pool was fantastic and you really felt like you were in a tropical oasis.

Other than a disappointing shower that had no pressure and a wonky toilet seat everything else was great.

Our apartment was lovely, although the 'pool view' was rather limited from our balcony... Clean and spacious though. Bed was nice and comfortable and the shower and water pressure were great! Fantastic kitchen.Breakfast was fantastic at Hidden @ Yorkeys restaurant, and the staff were lovely.

Might have been a little more comfortable with air conditioning in the room or more centralised, (only due to the humidity and trying to adjust for people not accustomed).

Quiet location, convenience, comfortable, clean, good pool, short walk to beach, on site restaurant, friendly helpful management.

TV reception a bit poor but able to work around with streaming so not really a problem

The floor was very dusty, felt like no one washed it for a long time The bbq was a little messy before we used it The washing machine broke during the second washThe cafe on site only opened Thursdays - Sundays, although in the brochure from the room it is said it is opened every day

Well equipped, gorgeous setting and practical apartment. The management were so helpful as I was traveling with my elderly mother.

Loved the facilities and location. I had a lovely peaceful 2 hours soaking in the pool all by ourselves.

Unfortunately at the time of our stay the lift wasn’t functioning. I was offered an appt on the 1st level which I thought would be appropriate. Unfortunately after my initial booking my mobility worsened and I found it difficult getting up and down the stairs.
