Suitable room for family 4.

Alot of noise from road and rail traffic, and we were also only provided 2 towels for a family of 4. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so water went all over the floor.

Cups were discussing no spoons had a toater but no plates shower was dirty around edges had not milk for a. Cups tea

Frustrating to say the lest.

The efpos didnt work so i had to walk next door to get cash out. Then my room was not made up, no milk, no toilet paper & the bed was not made up. I then requested another room. I will not ever stay there again.

TV didn't work. No tea and coffee left out. Light bulb broke. Laundry was flooded.

The TV in the room, could hear sound but no picture. Went to the staff about it and she didn’t seem to care. Issues with the air con in the room.

On the main road and 50 m fromThe railway . Trains and tracks pass by all night . Never again in this hotel .

Convenient to event. Friendly staff.

Shower needed good clean and blankets had odour.

Absolutely fabulous from Check-In to Check-out. The beautiful person who checked us in was very warm and inviting ... nothing was and issue and even if we seen her outside before going back inside a warm exchange of hello and how are you going, is there anything you need? - excellent people skills. A great place to stay.

Nothing not to like

The manager was very accommodating with our parking requirements. Friendly. Handy location.

On arrival - although the office was open - there was no one on sight. (It was prior to book in but we just wanted to confirm that we would be back later to collect key). There was no answer on the phone either.

It was noisy only due to being on main road & railway line close by otherwise it was close to somewhere to eat

We booked it because it advertised that it had a BBQ and cooking facilities.

The BBQ area was poorly maintained and there was no water pressure for washing dishes. The room instructions were outdated and half the TV channels were sound only. Freezer was iced over. Room did not get serviced at all

We had a small kettle and toaster but with no cups plates or knife. No hair dryer Noisy location

Really close to eateries and Mackenzie st, with it's parks and coal miners monument

On the highway and the railway line with coal trains but it wasn't noisy through the night

Close to sporting facility we attended, walking distance to nearby shops/fast food places.

Small compact driveway, Room walls seemed paper thin as could hear adjoining room quite loudly/rudely at very late evening, bed was okay but firm, no plates/bowls/cutlery to use in room and TV reception quite patchy.

Poor service , broken curtains and room overall in poor repair , very noisy , had only 1 tea vag for 2 people .
