Comfortable clean room with mostly new inclusions

5 minute walk into town centre

The courtyard and pool was very relaxing.0

The bathroom and TV has been refurbished but the rooms need a total revamp.

Fantastic facilities and staff, good food

Everything was perfect ? great food, friendly staff, clean complex, lovely lil room.

Arrived late, staff gave us good instructions on how to get the room key and where to park as I had a boat in tow.

The staff were incredibly helpful. Everything was neat and clean. And the location is great.

Beds were extremely comfortable, maybe too comfortable as I slept through my breakfast call.

Onsite restaurant had no chicken or steak available, didn't have much left to choose from.

Very clean revamped Professionly run. Have high standards in the management. Also served our Dinner in our room.

Room was good. The updated bathroom was appreciated. The service and food from restaurant was great.

The bed made me sore by the morning. Every coil was felt. Didn't mind decor, just feel mattress needed an upgrade.

Nice and quiet, close to shop, owner very helpful. Beautiful setting. Meals excellent, restaurant closed on the night we stayed, but delivered to room.

Beds not good for bad backs

Location was satisfactory. Bathroom looked like it had been done up recently so was nice and clean. Tea,coffee etc provided. Free cold bottled water also provided which was very nice.

The location. While Clermont is a town a bit out of the way but a very handy stop over if driving the Great Inland Highway, when you first drive in the town is noticeably very tidy and clean. It is spread out with a large IGA less than a minute drive away from the Peppercorn, a local pub and Bottle Shop plus other relevant facilities close to the IGA that you would expect in small regional towns. The Peppercorn was eclectic, very friendly with a small restaurant available on the premises. All in all it did exceed a number of my expectations.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like to be honest. I was happy with the location, facilities and friendly owners.

Didn't have breakfast but Dinners were superb highly recommend

Old style motel, very clean and comfortable, great hosts.

The dinner was absolutely superb - I chose crumbed red emperor fish, chips and salad.It was wonderful.The service in the restaurant was top class - by the owner himself.Hard to fault in any way.

Spacious room with very nice new bathroom, nice outlook over pool, friendly people. Restaurant on site. This is a difficult town in which to find accommodation where you are not disturbed by mining shift workers changing shifts during the small hours. Peppercorn was better than others I have stayed in.

Very strong smell of cleaning products in room some would find unbearable. Best request an odour free room here.Many meals at restaurant were unavailable as cook had absconded. Best efforts were made to provide alternatives of a different nature but it wasn't quite the same experience.

Motel has new owner who are trying hard to revive the motel. Very helpful staff trying hard with their new venture. Has loads of potential to bring it back to the standard it was 30 years ago. Dinner was good. Rooms good size.

We were there when the new Owners had been in place only two days, so the dining room was not fully functional and the overall premises are a bit tired. The owners seem passionate to bring it back to a high standard so we are expecting improvement next time.

quiet location with restaurant onsite. Friendly staff that were making our stay comfortable and value for money.
