The location was central.

Not clean and very run down - not worth the money.

The location was excellent. The Shire was a good host too as the ANZAC day service was excellent and the centenary celebration on the next day was superb. Well done Onslow.

The room was good and clean but the washing machine, which turned out to be important, was broken and the fix wasn't prevalent but the staff did offer to wash clothes for us.

Central location, clean room, friendly staff, good pub food, quiet at night in multi-storey accommodation. Good basic facilities for a short stay and good value compared to other limited options. Wonderful Anzac Park and walkway, must visit.

Nil for the hotel, supermarket prices expensive due to isolated location, come prepared.

Great hotel. Staff very friendly and John the manager was very accommodating and efficient in sorting out our room.The food from the pub was also good value and delicious.

Good location and better priced than alternatives in the town. Meals were very generous with good variety. Beds were good and rooms reasonably well equipped.

Room was located on second floor. Head to haul our bike gear (we are doing a trip around Australia) up the stairs, since we did not think it is safe to leave it on the bikes.Air-conditioning unit was directed directly towards bed, which we could not change.

There was coffee, sugar, and cups in the room

Maintenance person walking into my room while I'm half naked. Room smells damp. Freezer 3/4 iced over. Bathroom vent caked with dust. Didn't stay the second night that I booked.

The staff were awesome. The rooms had most things you need. The washing machine is a bonus. The pub has great food.

The huntsman outside our door.? The shower could have done with a deep clean.

No breakfast on offer; location was good. Dinners were good at the Pub.

The meals here were great, and the staff were very helpful. Plus, we got an upgrade to our room, which was very unexpected. A very nice Suprise.

Didn't like the stairs.

Hotel food was great. Some staff due to language barrier was a little bit of a challenge but worked ok when ordering drinks and food. Having to use steps to access rooms was an issue for my friend due to knee replacements ,so it should state on bookings that it's stairs access only I think.

Friendly welcome.was great. Easy to park under cover. Wash / dryer to rooms was amazing. Awesome aircons were also amazing.Foid very yummy . Hotel really quiet of a night so peaceful to sleep in

Was a bit difficult to communicate with staff but that's just because there first language was not English otherwise all ok. I found it different that no flannels / washes were supplied in rooms. Maybe it's just me as I always use a flannel. Again probably not a big deal for most people. Not being aware that you needed to climb stairs was a bit of a pri lem fir my friend who had had bilateral knee replacements,so maybe add some thing to web page making people aware you need tockimb stairs may help for the future .

Good location, clean and good price

Location was good, beer garden was passable, but being Xmas/ New year week not much going on

Air conditioner in room was very noisy, and because it was hot having it off made the room uncomfortable Got a room with a balcony, except there was no view so to speak from room 10Also no breakfast available so had to leave to go to another place for that, if we got a message prior would have been helpful, even when we checked in nothing was said

floor looked dirty . staff on duty at 730 am didn't know how to check me out of the room and receptionist had said we had ocean view room and we didn't. . . asked how I wanted my steak I asked for med rare and got well done

Location is perfect for Onslow, walking distance to General Store and beach. The food was really good, good variety and good specials. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking undercover.

It had everything you need, nothing I didn't like.

It is nice to be close to a pub and restaurant.

The rooms are not that clean really in need of a deep clean. Internet dropped in and out. Maybe get rooms with single bed or a king bed. The bed is cheap and I have back problems from the bed.

The location was quiet good and central to town. The old style country pub had character and served excellent meals

We had to walk up four flights of outside stairs to our room, my husband has bad knees and hips so it was a struggle with luggage. There was also no WiFi
