The good course and staff at the hotel and golf course were good

The staff at the spa were rude

free fruits, after noon snack at the pool

no ramps for the stroller just everywhere stairs!

The decoration and the way it’s built. It aged like fine wine, also the size of the place is far from small

Staff are not so friendly, leading doors get locked and don’t allow to the room door unless staff is contacted. Also nothing is out there around the hotel to eat. It’s either you eat the dinner there which is 60€ per person or sleep hungry

Upgraded my room to a sea view (probably thanks to Booking.com), very beautiful territory, very pleasant host Adrian and amazing Dinner at the restaurant at the beach

As for me - not enough options for buffet at the main restaurant (for 2-3 days - ok, more - would be difficult), in general staff can mix up the order and forget anything, but the same was on a different hotel - probably just a Mauritius style and it’s necessary just to relax

We recently stayed at Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort in Mauritius, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning beachfront location, impeccable service, and the overall serene and luxurious atmosphere of the resort.We booked the Junior Beachfront Suite, and it was perfect – beautifully designed, spacious, immaculately clean, and literally steps away from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct access to the ocean made our stay incredibly special.The staff truly deserve a special mention – everyone was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to Sharmine, our resident host, who made sure every detail of our stay was flawless. Also, sincere appreciation to Diny, the nutritionist, Anish, the manager, and the Concierge team for accommodating all our requests with such grace and efficiency.Whether it was the stunning location, the world-class amenities, the wellness options, or simply the genuinely caring people – every element came together to create a stay we’ll never forget. They have kids club separately for infant 0-3 yrs and toddler 3-12 yrs. Wonderful nannies.Would I recommend it? Absolutely – 200%! We can’t wait to return.

I really like the facilities inside the resort, the views and how huge is the area with a river inside, and even the decorations and sizes of their rooms.

The services overall were not as expected, especially with such type of a 5-star resort. Also the resturants food quality and varieties were below standarad in my opinion, excpet for the O Grill wich was an amazing experience for me.

Rooms, Staff, Golf course, Courtesy, Landscaping, Housekeeping, Chamarel Tasting, Spa…all were excellent.

Too many stray cats freely roaming inside all the restaurants. Quite disgusting and unhygienic.

The staffs were friendly. The facilities were ok too and it is a good place for those who like to play golf.

The food was below the average. It is not worthy to pay. I wouldn’t come back in future because of that

Rooms and facilities were fantastic.

F&B was really bad, Food and drink costs were an absolute rip off. Service was no where. Bills were added incorrectly constantly. Breakfast, you had to wait in a queue for your eggs. There were Cats all over the resort. One attacked my daughter at Dinner..... Complimentary plaster was supplied. Pool bar ran out of the local beer so Heinekens were had at ridiculous pricing. A round of drinks would take 20mins -30mins to arrive to you unless you went up yourself to collect. We have been to this resort many times. But the standard of what it was is just no where close to what you paying. Majority of the staff were amazing. But systems and resources seemed stretched.

We stayed during our honeymoon, and it was the best decision we made. The location is great, a bit windy sometimes, but all the hotel installations are amazing and everything is so well taken care of. The personnel working there is also great. From housekeeping, to the cavendish team, the serenity pool bar team (loverish, ze paul and nathaniel ) which is where we went to every day of the stay, the activity center full of options (we did the amazing boxing class, yoga and took the bikes out for a ride), and of course the team in all restaurants. Everyone is very helpful, always with a smile and very good english. The hotel also has several restaurants. We loved them all. Specially the chateau and the golf links reserve, which were outside of the main installation (walking distance) but very very beautiful. Breakfast was also amazing. We did have the gourmet bliss, as all inclusive, and we made the most of the experience. Everynight the cavendish would have live music or something special, and when it didnt we would sit on the bar and contemplate how beautiful it is placed (cheers to the amazing team there aswell). Looking forward to go back some day. Thankyou to everyone.

Wonderful hotel setting, with beautiful big rooms. Heated swimming pools was a plus especially during windy days. Great to be able to use all restaurants at the hotel, and restaurants at c-beach and Awali hotel nextdoor.

No great coffee available, some hotel staff sometimes messes up drink orders.

?- Five star hotel with a very good beach, but a strong float, so hard to stay at the same place , A boat house (eg free snorkelling, glass boat), a good gym a pool in the main area one for adults only, one for all and a C-shaped one; the hotel is very modern, rooms are really good; it took us one min to the beach, the feeling is like on a british Land house ? - The breakfast and dinner is very good and the areas look the Same but Food is different, the buffet in the morning is very good and a huge varity of dishes. The coffee ok, could be better. Only minus in the hotel is the Food „on the Beach“ from the beach bar- Small portions and OK-taste ?‍? - Staff is very helpful and quick to respond. You get a stuff Buddy for your stay who is coming twice to See if everything is alright, a WhatsApp group is created where you can ask more a less everything? - Value for money, I would say; the location , room and facilities are good, a real 5 Star hotel

We had a great experience at the Heritage, from check-in to when we left. We were greeted by our amazing host Noor, who was so helpful throughout our stay. We were traveling with a baby and they gave us everything we needed, from a sterilizer to a diaper trashcan. Our room was incredible and always neatly clean, the beach was beautiful,and the food was great at all the restaurants we tried. We for sure come back!

Service was a little slow sometimes but it's not a complaint it helped us slow down and take the vacation rhythm

Very clean and beautiful property. The location and facilities are truly outstanding.

The dinner bookings were a little bit disorganised as we are a young family and could not do the later times.

The size of the room and the heritage design

Cleanliness is not high, especially with the spread of ants everywhere inside the rom, in addition to poor treatment by most workers in restaurants or other places.Will not feel warm treatment and even good welcoming some times you will be Begging for serviceBut to be fair the deputy manager was receptive to feedback

Rooms were huge, 4 restaurants, quiet, peaceful, 2 good sized pools (one probably 40m and the other roughly 25m). Beautifully kept gardens and interiors were stylish and comfortable.Felt like we were in a small village - all rooms are basically suites with a veranda overlooking a garden or beach, super comfortable bed, bathroom/walkin wardrobe. Lovely to sit out in the early morning and hear the birds chattering. Most guest are there for the golf which we weren’t however our concierge organised whatever we needed to really get a feel for the island.

We were half board but be mindful that some menu items are not included in the ‘packages’ and the staff might always tell you. We were caught out and it caused some confusion on check out with an unexpected amount we couldn’t account for. It was all explained by the check out team, but the waiter should have informed us at the table. It wouldn’t have changed what we ordered but it would have mitigated an awkward conversation at reception

The facilities were amazing and the vibe great.We enjoyed a lot the sunset at the pool and walking around the hotel.Lota of restaurants and options.

The organization and coordination of the staff could be better.The system was down several times and despite having all inclusive (gourmet package) the billing and the payment every time we ate was 30min minimum.I ended up paying several things that I though it was included because the lack og coordination and information.Nevertheless, the staff tried to help as much as they could but this needs to be improved as it gets a real bad impression.

Really lovely rooms and lots of clean towels.

The food is average but not cheap and there are a lot of stray cats at breakfast. You need to book every restaurant and they are inflexible even when no one is eating at 7pm. It is family orientated and not quiet at all.

the reception I asked her to charge my visa in current currency she said no and insisted although I stayed in 4 other hotels and they didn’t say anything Wi-Fi very weak took so long to fix only on my last day and very slow service if u asked for something but relation manger tried to fix everything on my last 2 days I think her name is Daniella was very kind and helpful but they charge Ed me 550 m rupee for just one salad and a pasta was more than 15 percent and insisted it was correct
