Good location and the staff where very nice

Alot of trouble having access to Internet,

We liked the option of a shuttle service. Going to the zoo and back was hassle free and customized to our time of choice.The dinner option was 200 dh/person, but was good for the 3 course meal it was. Squash soup, a choice of beef, chicken, or fish, and a plate of fruit. Very filling and delicious.

The shuttle was ridiculously expensive. Don't ask the driver how much it is, ask the hotel concierge. We ended up exchanging money to pay the driver because he told us it was so much. The concierge realized what was happening and confronted the shuttle driver. Another thing was money exchange. We were unable to exchange $1 USD for some reason.

Comfortable clean room.

Staff lack of coordination. It’s frustrating when they seem unsure of what to do, especially during the check-in process.

Very nice place for the money. Friendly staff and clean. Definitely would stay again.

Couldn't get the TV to work, but that's not a big deal to me.

I liked the daily housekeeping. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The breakfast could have more options. There could have been English TV channels. There could have been basic necessities in the room like bottle water and fruits. There was no fridge in the rooms

The location is very nice and very close to important locations. The hotel staff was friendly and very polite. The breakfast was not bad, normal. The receptionist Adil was very helpful. The room was clean and the daily cleaning and maintenance were very good. The bathroom was nice but there was no hair dryer. I definitely recommend it to those who will stay.

Very good location, close to all main transportation facilities and city center. Good furniture.

The house keeping should be more careful for cleaning. The bad sheet was dirty, there were many hairs at side of bed sheets and room floor.

Location, close to a lot of shops, short walk to train station and tram. The size of room, value for your money, cleanliness and service. Also free colorful breakfast.

The rooms lack safe (the safe box).

Very central location near Rabat Ville train station, close to tram also. Renovated old hotel from outside looks like new, but the rooms are older, but clean and very comfortable with big bathroom and amenities (no hairdryer). I arrived by taxi from the airport late night and left early morning.

In reception preordered taxi for 6:15 but when woke up and made check out guy in reception (other than took my reservation, which I made sure is valid) said that guy from yesterday will arrive only at 7AM, "but you can catch the taxi by yourself, outside".Not professional, but manageable even in such an early hour, so I took a taxi after 5 min walk to trans station, where are always taxis.

The location the amazing helping and smiling staff the breakfast .The receptionist lady and the afternoon staff was super helpful and smiling.

Bottle of water and coffee machine will be good idea

The shower massage, and lots of hot water was great. Also, the breakfast, with made to order eggs was nice. And most of the staff were helpful and friendly.

The bed was too hard, and a kettle on the room would have been nice.

The location is perfect: easy access to the train station and quite close to main landmarks.The reception staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful.

Very good location next to the station and in a quiet but nice area of town. Room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. Breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was described on Booking.com as a king sized, but in fact it was a queen. Booking should change their description. We really did not like having to ask repeatedly for the air conditioni g to be turned on. The room was hot and our last night the AC stopped late evening and we had a hot, uncomfortable night. I don't know if it was a mechanical problem or they were trying to save money by keeping the AC off, but the heat in the room was a constant and big problem for us.

Nice room, has a little balcony, clean, comfy beds, good shower, nice breakfast with quite a variety of options to eat.

There was an array of choices from local to continental.The waitress served with a lovely smile.They were willing to make changes if you asked for what is not ordinarily on the menu.

I would have preferred that the choices were displayed as a buffet so I can pick what I like in my desired quantities.
