The location

Extremely noisy, from inside the hotel and outside , I was hearing screening and shouting from the street all the time in the night mostly comes from the night club they have, the internet connection was very bad at least in my room, and I need to go to the lobby each time to do work. There is , moldings and ants in the room. I really don’t recommended under the current for one under the circumstances

Only the location is fine

So noisy, very loud music the whole night, no blanket and it was so cold

Furniture, room set up , hotel entrance,

I liked everything about Rive Hôtel Rabat. The moment i stepped into the first door i was met with friendliness, polite, very helpful staff. I compliment them all on their positive attitudes and exceptionnel work ethics. The customer service from the lobby staff, the luggage concierge, the dinning room and housekeeper staff were all at its highest level.

Nothing. It was all good at the Rive Hôtel Rabat. I have no complaints about this hôtel.

Bad

I was bitten by bugs, music from the restaurant woke my and my wife many times. I complained 3 times, only then, they gave me another room. Our large double bed was 2 single beds that were separating anytime me and my wife did activities. Staff were slouchy and withdrawn. This is not a 4 star hotel, it is a 1 star shithole. Bathtub doesn't take the water out fast enough so you stand in a foot of water when having a shower. There is no complimentary water, you must buy it. The whole hotel is shocking.

Nothing could be liked

1-Matres is extremely hard2-No water nor tissue paper available in the room. .3-Breakfast is very poor.4-Furniture is old and low quality.5-No internal Telephone directory.

Very bad

Every thing, not clean, very bad service. There is nothing in the room you have to asks for every thing and some times they don't bring what you asked for.

Breakfast was good. Location was also good.

Room, poor lighting in the room, toilets, showers, furniture was very old and in poor condition.

In practice nothing aside the convenient location

The room is very old, the shower is a catastrophy, the room is, dark with lighting not well positioned, we have got late by night and found the hotel closed that we née to knock hard thqr someone to openThe breakfast is very bad for a, 4 star hotel..

really great hotel. the staff is the strength of this hotel. they are welcoming and helpful. the foos is really good and the whole group enjoyed it. I would like to thank Mr Yassin for taking care of us at the restaurant. I would come back when in rabat!

Room above night club. No soap etc.. not value for money

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

It would be very appreciated to get a water bottle each day. Tap water was not drickable. After a long day at the conference and I had no energy to go look for shops where to buy water. The lighting at the hotel was extremely poor. It was literaly pitch black in corridors and starecases. You had to start moving without seeing anything in order for lights to switch on. I almost fell on the stairs.

It was ok, nothing great

Not much of a choice on Breakfast, But Staff Nur Din was very helpful, But we ordered a cab to the airport with Mr Nur Din at the reception from the hotel and the cab driver ripped us off, we wore told 250MD to the airport and he charged us 300MD and he was a friend off Mr Din, so there was something going on as commision with them two. and it only cost us 200MD from the airport to the hotel, so the cab driver was a thief. So be aware when ordering cabs from the hotel and try to pay the hotel the cab fare before hand so they can sort it out before you leave otherwise they will ripe you off.

Everything from the reception staff to kitchen staff to cleaning staff, everyone was super friendly and very helpful.

The staff are giving a great value to the hotel starting by reception guys are very professional,gentle and always smiling very helpful with all details to the luggage guys are the nicest etc ..
