STORY Rabat

This hotel is everything you could dream of and more. The most amazing staff, all go above and beyond to meet any request and anticipate any need you may have. You are treated like family in the most luxurious setting. The suites are beyond exceptional. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The food is some of the finest I have had anywhere in the world. It’s an absolute 10 out of 10 in every way.

Nothing it was perfect

The property is located in a beautiful and exclusive private residential area of Rabat. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay the absolute best it can be. The rooms are the best I have experienced in Rabat and the food is world class. Every meal was perfection. The spa was also incredible. There is nothing that compares to the luxury and service anywhere in the world

High level of hygiene every thing was cleaned well and very very kind staff they cooperated with me and they helped me very thoroughly

A beautiful location with spacious and elegant rooms. The staff were kind and helpful, a special shout to Fatima, Ahlam, Reda and Houssam. They made sure our stay was enjoyable.

The staff were outstanding – so kind and attentive. We arrived very late due to flight delays, and the concierge Bushra, even used her own food delivery app to get us dinner, which was such a thoughtful touch. The level of hospitality from the whole team was incredible, everyone made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant Le Safran was excellent with really delicious food and excellent service - the evening a la carte menu must be tried.The hotel itself is a beautifully constructed boutique hotel, contemporary with a classic twist with superb facilities.

A beautiful designer hotel with elegant, tasteful interiors. The breakfasts were delicious, the pool was stunning, and the rooms — stylish, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was especially great: soft, with plenty of pillows

Unfortunately they have lost their liquor licence so cannot selll alcohol. They hope to get e new licence soon but should have let us know before we travelled.The hotel is about 20 mins from the centre of Rabat with very little in the locality. Cabs are cheap but their drivers drive aggressively and spend most of their time on their mobile phones so it is not a pleasant experience

We chose story Rabat after spending 10 nights in riads as we wanted a comfortable modern hotel.

Comfortable and accommodating.

My two-night stay at Story hotel was comfortable, yet I was hoping the pool was available (heated). And I was expecting to use the hammam but it wasn’t available either.On my next stay in Soussi, Rabat, I will check other places to stay, for example, the Sofitel hotel, as the facilities (services) are always available.

The hotel was perfect, but the staff were the real highlight. Special thanks to the two Mohammeds at the bar and Hamza, the waiter, who went above and beyond.

Nitpick: The light switches on the side of the bed have a bright blue light that stays on, making it impossible to darken the room completely.

This is a fabulous hotel in a quiet suburb of Rabat. As soon as you walk in you can see how stunning all the public areas are. The staff are fantastic, the food is amazing and the room was out of this world.
