The location is excellent. The breakfast was very good.

A fitness room woud have been nice.

The location is perfect , parking in front of hotel always available

The room was small - AC was not working , even after we call them and some one came to fix it , still was very very hot , so since we have only few hours to sleep then leave we did nothing and left in the morning

The staff were very nice and friendly throughout my stay.

Both the sink and the shower drained incredibly slowly. Within just 2–3 seconds of turning on the water, the sink would start to fill up and stay full. The shower was just as bad—water pooled almost instantly and lingered long after use.If basic maintenance like proper drainage can’t be addressed, I can’t recommend this place, there are better options for the same price.

Location was perfect right near Rabat ville train stationthe staff were welcoming and polite

Room was average, the only problem is that it has a little unpleasant smell, and the AC wasn't working, I had to open the windows, a lot of noise comes from the main street :/

I stayed there for vacation but I met a lady who was very rude with us Doesn’t have SPA Room service was poor too

We checked in and the staff gave us a room where someone else is still occupying so we have to wait for the elevator again to go down and later was asked to show the room to the staff. I think on this case we shouldnt have to go up and down with the staff coz we have waited a while to get a room initially since there was a guy complaining by the front desk. Then had to go up just to show the staff that it was indeed occupied. Then we had to go down again with our stuff to get another keycard and up again to finally see the right room. Not a good first impression having to arrive tired from traveling. They only have one elevator in the whole hotel so we have to wait for this. Also they can do better sound insulation and yes more elevators. The breakfast doesnt have any fruit. Very limited selection of food.

A good location!

I and my family recently spent 2 nights at this hotel . We did not get one decent night of sleep during this stay. There were always loud people late at night. There was construction during the afternoons. Breakfast was ok but not much choice . The staff were all very ok and helpful but I think improvements need to be made .We had to wait more than 2 hours to get the room which is not a good thing ,especially when you have a small kid.As a tour operator,I have booked this hotel for its good location ,but I have found better options for my next clients.To be honest,it is a bit expensive for what you get.

The breakfast was not for a 4 * hotel and air conditioning was not working, i was boiling inside !

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the location 5 minutes walk from the Central Rabat train station.

I had a room at the 2nd floor, and at the 1st was the bar, a smoking area. If you use the stairway, you will have to go through the smell of cigarettes. The poor quality of the Wi-Fi network. The dinner at the restaurant when I went was a buffet (no "a la carte" available) with very little choice, same for the breakfast.

Perfect location near grand central train station in the heart of the city center.

I wasn’t honored to stay in the suit because of my companion and wasn’t reported on my reservation and I requested full refund. I’m still waitng for my money back

The breakfast and location was great for me.

They charged city tax for two people despite I was staying myself and told them as such but they charged for two people anyway.

the room space was good.

however the facilities was terrible. there were no electric kettle, no bar, nor tea or anything else. even although is was said that the soft drink would be provided, there were no soft drink and for the water you have to argue with the staff to bring the water.
