    Pros +

    • Old house in medina converted to Riad as per custom, central location. Street food options, medina experience.
    • Wish had tv in room for price I paid i though usa n was in euro so was more expensive then expected
    • In the heart of the Medina, good value, the breakfast was a traditional Moroccan breakfast on the rooftop. The shower had warm water and good pressure. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

    Cons -

    • Rooms are very basic, beds are not comfortable, shared bathrooms (not reported on website). Location is in the shopping are, super busy during evenings. Avoid if budget not supertight, much nicer hotels around the corner for a bit more.
    • Have tv in room
    • Parking not included (overnight rate of 60 MAD outside of the wall). Only spot we have stayed in Morocco that we needed to pay an additional city tax fee upon arrival

The style of the building was gorgeous and the staff super welcoming and warming. The position in central, the riad located in the medina but easy to reach.

    Little stains on the towels

My son accidentally left his glasses, and the property immediately contacted us to let us know. Moreover, they made sure to send us the glasses via overnight express to our hotel in Marrakesh, where we were to stay for only 2 nights before heading back to New York City. We wanted to reimburse them for this service and pay a little extra for the effort, but our offer was politely declined. This was certainly service above and beyond, and a cherry on top of a sweet and comfortable property in an excellent location. Highly recommended!

Excellent location. Staff pleasant. Good breakfast. Yunis was very helpful, friendly and spoke English well.

Poor shower drainage. Somewhat noisy by other patrons. Family room second floor window stayed open into courtyard.

Clean and friendly staff. good locations in center on medina.

    Great location, attentive staff

    Bed was very hard

Good location, in the medina but easy to find. Friendly staff, esp the breakfast ladies. Good breakfast! Old traditional building with lovely details. Very good warm showers!

We had two rooms and at least one (nr 1) was very mouldy. It was not really healthy and I was happy to leave after two nights. The reception lady said that it needed renovation and yes, it does. The beds were a bit hard. The price was a bit high, compared to other Riads where we paid half the price and maintenance was done better.

    Amazing building

The bathroom was very tiny, no space to move inside. No wardrobe although was written. We had to keep our clothes on a table

Amazing value for money, extremily clean, great breakfast and very cute common areas. The terrace was definitely a highlight. Super close to the market and attractions.

Bathroom is a bit crazy but you get used to it. Some outside noises as well.

Excellent location. Great value for money considering the location and the size of the rooms. Nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Good WiFi. The breakfast on the terrace is epic.

At times, it was tough to find a staff member to answer questions/organise a taxi to the station.

Location is good, and staff is nice.

They gave the room that wasn’t a same with photos on this Booking app. No window in the room, the room was dark, and smelly. One more thing, they said that we can only pay by cash, until I showed evidence on this app that we can pay by card, so they accepted by card. Not good value.

This was a gem in the heart of the old city( Medina). The building is beautiful with all different colors and Moroccan riad designs . Very open and spacious. The showers are hot and clean, beds comfortable and the staff was simply amazing . We arrived at a night that the city was full due to Mawazine concert and was hard to find a parking spot . They sent someone to direct us and help us get to the riad. They were very communicative and respond on the spot . We arrived late and when I mentioned the kids were hungry, he offered to get us pizza and soda . We were given bottles water as soon as we entered the building . The ladies working breakfast on the top roof were very accommodating and patient with the kids. They were chatty and good with the kids. I would absolutely stay here again !

Breakfast was comprehensive with fresh orange juice, breads, olives, cucumber to accompany our omelette. there was also a selection of jam. honey and peanut butter with the standard cream cheese segments.

The bed could have been softer.
