I had a great stay here. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the apart-hotel itself was very clean, organized, and surprisingly spacious. The location is fantastic, easy to reach by car, and there’s ample parking on site. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

No shower gel in the bathroom . The hotel provided after many requests The bathroom towel was so rough . Small things for better improvement!

The suit was spacious, the bed was super big and comfortable, very clean room and no noise coming from the outside, the wifi speed was just perfect, very strong and reliable, the ac was extremely powerful and worked wonders

Could use more sleeping pillows and an extra duvet, the tv was very small in the living room area, and there was no tv in the bedroom, unfortunately there was no water bottle offered inside the room, not a big deal as there is plenty convenient stores near by, but just keep that in mind especially when you're extremely tired from your travels just buy some before checking in

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the little touches that made the stay feel special. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

We booked last minute as our other booking was dire. The showerhead was broken but the staff got us a new one which my husband fitted. The place was dusty The door in the bedroom to the balcony didn’t close therefore was unlocked. We had to ask for the safe key. There were absolutely no provisions and the kitchen was ill equipped. The beds were comfortable. Washing machine worked but no surer to hang clothes. Only 3 hangers in the apartment

sofa is a wood covered with a fabric. can broke a bones.sticky floor, dirty plate, trash from a past costumer, electric sockets are popping off the wall, lamps are burned out.felt like disrespect.

This place offered great value for the price. Although some taxi drivers had difficulty locating it, the suites were comfortable and impeccably clean, making our stay enjoyable.

The shower had temperature issues, with the water being either scalding hot or ice cold.

Everything it was great I got one bedroom apartment and it was spotless very close to everything and I loved it

I made a minor mistake and booked a two day stay for the current night rather than tomorrow. Within 30 minutes I messaged the hotel through the Booking App. They never replied. In the morning I woke to find my reservation was cancelled and they had charged me the two nights for a "no show". I could see there were plenty of rooms so I was confident they would have no loss, so I went to the hotel anyway believing they would do the right thing by a customer, or at least provide the second night I had paid for and was ready to use. But no, the booking was cancelled and they were keeping all of my money. They obviously saw this as an easy way to profit from a customer's simple mistake. Eventually reception did agree to refund my money and I completed a new Booking reservation. What a fool I was to trust them. Over the next two days I spoke to the manager four times and Booking Customer Service spoke (while I stood there) and emailed the hotel a number of times to explain there would be no commissions payable on the refund. The manager would keep saying he is doing it, but conversations with Booking Customer Service proved that was simply not true. It became obvious he had no intention of providing the refund and never did. I left after two days and moved to the hotel next door.

Unappealing apartment, stinking of cigarette smoke, kitchen cupboard doors falling off, kitchen lights flicker on and off, balcony door lock not working, run down bathroom, very poor soundproofing between apartments, way overpriced.

Neighborhood. Calm. Clean. Good wifi. Washing machine available.

Small tv. Shower can use a power plug for an electric device.

The location was nice and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

The parking was a huge problem. The garage was very small and very very steep.

I liked the location the most, it's very calm. The room is cozy and pretty. It has everything you need, and it's clean.

The mattresses can be more comfy.
