Sofitel Rabat Jardin Des Roses

The staff were very friendly. From the front office manager to the concierge all the sofitel employees always greeted us with a smile.

The staff where very helpful. Specially Hasna 1 & 2 , and Shayma and the hotel had a nice garden and pool.

The building is very old and needs major renovation.

Hotel is really 5 stars, room was clean, i like the towel dryer in the bathroom. But i think at least coca or water in the frigid could be free, but it wasn’t. Pool workers are the best.

Staff in restaurants golden fish are not trained well, back baiting too much, chatting, specially guests relation girls i didn’t like, they were long, only one waiter was running there and here. I think guests relation girls could give menu at least, but not, they didn’t

The property is very clean and well managed & maintained. The decorum is marvelous with the small ponds surrounded by comfy sofas. I sat in lobby a few times taking it all in.

It’s not walking distance to shopping area however taxi cost is minimal.

Room was cleaned twice a day, staff mostly very friendly, reception mostly very helpful, breakfast good

Small wardrobe, hard to climb the bath for shower, wellness area was mostly shut down for females, therefore i went once, female sauna was cold, female hammam was given to men :-(Tennis court needs revisionWe waited once 1 hour to order the club sandwichCheck out was stressful, since people behind did not respect privacy

The location and environment is amazing

Location, the gardens and the food.

The shower was not working (on and off hot and cold water and uneven and dangerous floor) and the AC didn’t work during the whole stay.

It was extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. The view from the balcony was tremendous, staff were extremely kind (especially Hajar and Nouhaila), they were so helpful throughout my stay and I thank them so much alongside all the other stuff.

The team at the hotel, led by Ms. Hasna (Manager) were simply amazing. Concierge was proactive and helpful. They were the highlight of my experience. Very pleased.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room and bed was very comfy. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was excellent Special thanks to Adeel who was at the hotel guests relations desk. We were there for only one day he guided us and arranged the trip in which we managed to see the most of Rabat city. It was a lovely hotel would definitely like to come back .

Beautiful common areas and very nice, spacious room with a balcony. The grounds and pool area are beautiful, and the breakfast is great but 5 star expensive.

Taxis are very inexpensive, and you will need them to get to the sights from here except the chellah. It is $300 a night with breakfast for two.

The service was one of the worst i have ever had and unfortunatly had paid for 5 nights! Specifically when asking anything from housekeeping which needed an hour or more and at least three phone calls and this was not an isolated incident - it happened every time we needed anythingAlso shower was not working

Everything was beautiful. The only hotel we stayed in when I came to Morocco.We have stayed in many hotels but SOFİTEL is the best.The only thing I don't like is; This is not about the hotel. Taxis in the country cannot carry 4 people. And there is a taxi problem.

The staffs were welcoming,amazing approached,I did meet AZIZA,SARA,HASNAQ,GUST PALOTION,AND BASAM IF I pronounce their names correctly,i need to mention their names because they did a fantastic communication with us during our stay,The food was super as well.I cant wait to return back to Sofitel Raba

The horrific team of this hotel makes your stay horrible although the hotel is part of rabat history their team are destroying it

Front desk people are the worst. They systematically refuse anything we ask for. They dont care about customer satisfaction at all. We requested a simple date change of our reservation and they systematically refuse

We enjoyed our stay in the Sofitel Hotel. Hasna welcomed us very well, like she always does. We are here for the second time and will come back next year. Hasna made our stay very pleasant. Also the other staff at the reception answered all our questions. Furthermore we want to thank Malika for everything. And also Jamal during the breakfast sessions. We want to thank the whole staff at the breakfast, restaurant en swimming pool!
