    • Its an absolutely charming and beautiful hotel. Loved everything about it. The breakfast spread was one of the best I have seen. Totally worth it.
    • First class
    • It’s just a great facility — from the tiled lobby to the beautiful interior courtyard, the restaurants and our room. We had probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The staff and management were super responsive and helpful, both before and during our stay.

    Cons -

    • One of the staff members was very rude about an issue with the breakfast. We thought breakfast was included and apparently it was not but the staff member who dealt with it was rude. No way for someone in the hospitality industry to behave.
    • I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
    • There is nothing I didn't like. Everything was beyond my expectsion.

This hotel is exceptional the front desk staff Mourad was very professional and helpful. Concierge almost all the staff wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay there. I will definitely stay there if I go back again. We have dinner at the morroccian resturant the server who waits on us was excellent.

There is nothing I didn't like. Everything was beyond my expectsion.

Hassan Palace is a must stay, especially if understanding the history of Rabat is important to you. The hotel has an incredible storied past, which is reflected by the well-trained staff who speak major languages such as Russian, English, French, Arabic, and Mandarin with fluency. The older gentleman at reception whose name I sadly forget - who I will dub the philosopher - was incredibly gracious and helpful. Hassan Palace is a real Moroccan institution that maintains its past into modernity.

Overall good stay. Strategic location and friendly staff. Icharq at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during the check out. Recommended.

I’ve experienced an outstanding customer service! Meryem Berdigue went above and beyond to make me confortable and accommodate my needs since I was about to leave the Hotel « Palace » few hours after having checked -in! Due to some discomfort ..Suck a valuable asset to your company !

The loud unbearable noise by the restaurant area due to some renovation that I was not informed of … caused me a lot of discomfort & disappointment ..

Was so impressed with EVERYTHING! Concierge was incredibly helpful with booking transportation for us from Casablanca with ever changing flight times. Upon arrival at 3am were warmly greeted by front lobby staff and bell hop service. We were joining a tour and we preferred not to switch rooms. The front desk accommodated — allowing us to keep our upgraded room for 2 nights. We were astonished with the beautiful and elaborate and incredible decor throughout the hotel. The yards and pool area are beautiful and comfortable. Everything was so clean! The breakfast was top notch with so much selection, even gluten free options. We had dinner two nights and enjoyed fabulous food! We also treated ourselves to the spa services (ritual Celeste — massage and hammam) which was a wonderful experience. So overall we loved everything and felt very pampered. Every staff member that we encountered was so helpful and professional. Would rate the hotel 10++!

Absolutely nothing. Would not change a thing!

Really good location, within walking distance of the Medina, the Kasbah, Tour Hassan etc. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower is excellent. Nespresso machine in the bedroom was great to have. (you can buy extra coffee capsules in the nearby Carrefour supermarket). Pool area is very pleasant.

The hotel staff were all very nice but not very well trained. We asked about the possibility of getting a tour guide to do a walking tour of the city and we were handed a map, to do our own walk! A woman phoned our room from reception, to see if everything was ok but hung up when she couldn’t understand us! We asked hotel staff to help us order a taxi to get to the airport when we were leaving; they got us a really old car that started to break down a few minutes away from the hotel (and we had to jump into another taxi). The food and drinks we had at the hotel were very expensive (e.g., a local bottle of white wine was 550 MAD here and we got the exact same bottle at another luxury hotel in Salé for 330 MAD), so I would not advise eating here.

    Great location

Staff weren’t the friendliest Hidden charges which they don’t advise - was charged different amount stated on booking Things seem to change depending on who you talk to - not all staff are like that

Very comfortable stay in a clean hotel in a location walking distance to the old Medina. The staff were extremely helpful organizing a special breakfast during Ramadan and a late check out. Amine and Mouad on the front desk were particularly helpful.

I liked the hotel design of lobby and the service only. The location is convenient, it’s a noisy .

The rooms were not updated and very small. The food at the hotel was overpriced for the quality. The worst part is I had my room on the terrace and all the smell from people smoking comes to my room. It was awful!!

Very well apppointed hotel in a central location with friendly staff.

The AC wasn't on and even in February the rooms were hot at night.

Concierge was amazing, great service and fantastic ambience. They really go out of their way to help you. Above and beyond. Restaurants were not the greatest overpriced and food wasn’t the best but I recommend eating outside for some great food. Hotel otherwise was top notch in service and beauty. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Okay stay at La Tour Hassan

No temperature control in room. The only control you have is fan speed to turn off whatever (hot or cold air) is being centrally blown. We could hear sounds from the garden area even past midnight with the windows closed. Our bathroom had a narrow wall (virtually no wall) delineating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. This made for a watery mess and slippery conditions after each shower.

    Location

Unprofessional Staff, Room didn't match with our booking.Staff completely ignored our request for room decoration as newly wed. despite their promise. we were given single beds instead of double. it was our wedding night that turn into completely nightmare.I would avoid this hotel at any cost not worth the money.

    9AssumptaPosted on: 12-11-2024

The breakfast was just fair. The good customer care for staff in the restaurant

The food options were limited. It would be good to request for menu for people that come from out of the country in order to have one or 2 food items of their preference included where possible.
