We had an issue with the bathroom sink however we chose not to notify till we were leaving as we were only there for one night and it didn't affect our stay at all.

Close to where we needed to be Maclean is a quaint town and we enjoyed the surrounds

Air con didn’t work and we asked twice for it to be fixed. Were advised it was fixed not no warmAir in winter Was told our room would be serviced but it wasn’t

This is an older motel, and the decor is slightly dated, but it was extremely comfortable.The location is quiet and it's easy to access local restaurants.I gave the high score because the service was fantastic! Our host Jeremy was extremely helpful when we needed to alter our booking, and also with providing information about local restaurants and transport options if we didn't want to drive. There was also fresh milk provided!These little touches made everything easy and we felt like treasured guests, not just customers.We will definitely stay here again as it's a convenient, affordable stopping point between Sydney and the Sunshine Coast.

Basic budget motel. Staff very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Could have had a breakfast option or a deal with a local Cafe.

Clean motel and easy to access from the hwy. Close to town so you can easily access some good cafes and a nice pub.

Very comfortable bed! Lovely sheets.

Some areas need cleaning - inside the refrigerator; front window and blinds; general dusty surfaces.Towels smelt very strong of detergent.

It's location and room was good for our purpose.Pool was great.Easy parking.Had a nice little grassed area for a gathering.

Motel has appealing & tidy frontage, but rooms have out dated furniture, which makes the rooms look and feel old and worn, amongst some modern touches.

Location of accommodation just off the motorway.Close to petrol station and food/pub minutes away.Loved the river running along the accommodation.Accommodation does have a pool but the weather was too cold to use this time around.

Not much to complain about.Accommodation is used by workers so it can be a little noisy.

Lovely comfortable spacious room which was very clean. Owner very friendly. Quiet venue.

Location. The motel was older style but the rooms had some nice features added eg very comfortable beds, fluffy white towels, good wifi and roomy.
