Club Maclean Motel

Bed size, tv and fridge

There was no microwave oven to heat a meal. The bed was extremely hard . And both of these may stop me staying again

new motel, large rooms & very quiet area

loved it all

Very clean, beautiful bed and pillows . Attention to detail down to the tea selection . For a small town like Maclean N.S.W. price wise and quality this far exceeded our expectations .

Huge room size

Great place to stay. This is our second time there and wont be our last. Modern and clean motel and only 10 metres to the Maclean bowls club which is a large modern club with a fabulous chinese restaurant. Look forward to our next visit there.

Great convenient location connected to the bowling club. Easy access. Close to shops & food

The hosts were very obliging and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

That I don't get to go that far from home often enough.

Rooms very clean, well appointed and in a great location

Bed could have been more comfortable

Location and cleanliness

At least one more glass and cup! More shelf space, definitely geared up for no more than two nights stay. One of us lived out of a suitcase for the six days

Lovely and clean, comfortable to the extreme and convenient. Easy to deal with.

The best accommodation between Sydney and Brisbane. Easy check in, our room was exceptionally clean, the bed very comfortable with crisp linen, bathroom very clean with fluffy towels and the adjoining club with excellent food and beverages. We will be back

The staff were lovely. It was central to everything and room was clean.

Nice, clean room. Managers were very pleasant and helpful. Handy to club where we enjoyed a nice Chinese meal.

We found the bed a little uncomfortable but everything else fantastic.

We had a separate bedroom in addition to the bed in the main room. Plenty of space and a cot was provided. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of parking. Easy walk into the town.

We always stay here on our way up north.... it is a clean motel and there is a Chinese Restaurant at the bowling club attached which we have enjoyed in the past.....but our last visit we were very disappointed in the food. But that is no fault of the motel accommodation as this is still as good as the first time we stayed many years ago.

Excellent location in the heart of the town. We received an email prior to check in welcoming us and giving a few tips of what was available. Our room was a generous size and was exceptionally clean. It was so nice to have space to place our toiletries in the bathroom. The facilities for making tea, coffee and breakfast in our room were very good.

It is definitely not the fault of the motel itself but the parking area was quite tight.

Central location, walking distance to venues we were visiting

The nosy birds all night

Connected to bowling club so made accessing a few drinks and a meal very easy.

Would have been handy to have an extra blanket in the closet.

It looks very plain from the outside but the room was excellent. Everything worked and was on hand. The bathroom was well set out, clean and nicely refurbished. The location next to the Club was a concern about noise, but we didn’t hear a thing. Our room was quiet, no noise from the street or other guests.

Nothing. A very good motel. It is what all motels should be like.

Everything. Facilities, staff, position
