Comfort Inn Centrepoint Motel

There wasn¿t a hair dryer We didn¿t know that our money was going to an overseas company and that we would have to pay an exchange rate. We will not be staying in this hotel again. It definitely was not worth the money we did not see any staff

Reasonably central location

Good location and they took a last minute booking which was needed for us. It was clean-ish. There was people cooking food in the rooms a few doors down. It felt a bit dodgy. But overall passable

Access and parking were perfect, comfort of room was quite good. Pricing was good also, happy to stay there again.

Having the garbage emptied at 3am on a Saturday morning was far from ideal, I think timing needs to be visited with the business that provides this service.

Clean and functional. Perfect as a clean sleep and leave motel but if you are looking for even a slightly romantic getaway DON"T even bother.

Hot water tap in shower fell off. Not the first time and cleaners would have noticed but ratrher than fixing the problem, just put it back on the spindle and say nothing. Don't get m,e wrong - very clean and functional but better suited to tradies transiting rather than a destination.

Our room was mostly clean, kitchen a little dirty

The location was good but the overall The room stay was poor value for money.

The room lacked a window, no basic amenties like plates, bowls, cutlery for 2, no hairdryer. Poor quality furniture.

Location to transit centre , shopping facilities and food outlets

Wouldn’t say didn’t like , but bed covering was stained as was the mattress cover , think the reception could be manned a bit longer after hrs , tried calling number on the door , for some reason call would not go through

It was clean, close to everything

The chairs around the table were not strong enough to sit on they were split. There was no where to hang your towels in the bathroom and the soap’s dispenser was so high you can’t reach it.

Central without being right in the centre (which makes it a bit quieter in the evening) .Easy to find and easy walking distance to everything. We were able to sit with friends outside their room and have a chat and drink one night (nice and relaxing). Good food options nearby at walking distance. This was so handy the night we had cabs booked that didn’t turn up.

Heavy doors. Needed two hand and a shove from my bottom to open the door. Meant everything had to be put down to open the door. Not a deal breaker issue.

Good location

Shower head broken and hot water tap in shower came of in my hand, very dangerous for children

Location is excellent, room was large, very clean and linen was comfortable

Staff were only okay. They rang on both occasions to see what time I was going to be there. Closing time for reception was very early on Saturday. Parking was awful - guests just parked where they wanted and blocked our room on both occasions.

Close to sporting facility we were attending. Close to town. Easy to find. Close to food

Needed door stop as hall light came underneath or maybe dimmed lights in hallways past certain time.Out room was closer to the pub so could hear the music while trying to sleep (not properties fault but just something to note for light sleepers)

Close to where we had to travel to. Staff were nice.

The smell, there was quite a few bugs inside, someone else’s hair was in the bed sheets, sliding door was broken so couldn’t leave it open and locked.

The location and the beds

The tiny size especially of the bathroom. The old fixtures. We had cockroaches in the room we had to keep killing. The gates to get to room.. also I’m sure they advertised wifi but unable to get Netflix on TV.

The room was large, it was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Location of motel was good

Shower too small, had to sit a little sideways on the toilet as it was hard up against the shower

Bed so comfortable and perfect spot. And staff is so nice to service. All my friends are happy with those.

Shower great and love it but too small as need space make more comfortable. Need upgrade of shower space. Only shower water perfect this all.

Nothing -proximity to hospital.

Grimy, noisey and NOTHING like the photos. Felt unsafe abd we could not leave fast enough. There are cafes as doors and these rattled every time some used them. It sounded like someone was trying yo break in the balcony. So so so over priced!

I found the place very difficult to see/find after dark, when I arrived.No signs were illuminated and visible from the road..
