Uncomfortable
The air conditioning was so loud I was unable to sleep with it on. So a hot stuffy room was my only option. I reported the problem with the air conditioner when I departed.

Air conditioning sounded like running water all night, made it difficult to sleep well.
Staff very pleasant and efficient. Management remarkably professional. Every request was quickly and politely taken care of in a friendly manner. I liked the fact that they had a Tesla destination charger which could accommodate other makes of ev's.
Good value and very polite and friendly staff. A great welcome and good communication before and during the stay. Great location near cbd Undercover parking was a bonus during a hail storm.
Busy but comfortable. My room was not affected by any noise.
The room was quite spacious, had plenty of crockery, cutlery, a microwave. Bed was ok and had a quiet night.
