Position good, very dated, needs a good clean, WC pan urine stains under seat, no exhaust fan in bathroom, showers not clean, needs CLR on glass to remove stains, generally very disappointed.

Very dated, needs a good clean, WC pan urine stains under seat, no exhaust fan in bathroom, showers not clean, needs CLR on glass to remove stains. Room was vacant when we arrived at 1.30PM would not allow access until 2PM Front desk totally unpleasant.

Located in a great spot, nice pool,toys /books /board games available to borrow

Cleanliness needs improvement - floor was dirty, when advised reception they've arranged it to be cleaned but it still wasn't perfect.

Apartment was dated and in need of repairs and renovation- dirty couch and shower screens, faulty dishwasher door, leaking shower, etc. was also very noisy from building and road works which weren’t mentioned on booking

The location, proximity to beach, cafes, shops, surf club and restaurants, as well as all the attractions of the Good Coast and northern New South Wales close by. The facilities of the property were excellent- 3 pools and spa, excellent for our family group. Well equipped kitchen, linen and towels provided.

The king bed in master bedroom in unit 204 was very soft and saggy, uncomfortable and felt like you could roll off. Insufficient toilet paper for the number of occupants for a one week stay. Nothing provided to wipe down benches and tables - a bottle of Spray and Wipe is essential. A couple of little sachets of dishwashing liquid totally insufficient. For the price we paid for a full week stay I don’t expect to have to go and purchase essential kitchen products to maintain the cleanliness of the space. We specifically requested adjoining rooms when we booked for our family of 8 adults and 4 children, and were told room numbers 207 and 208 had been allocated to us as per this request. On arrival we were told 207 was not available as the owners had booked it. This outcome had never been explained to us when we booked and paid on the basis that we could have adjoining rooms. It was extremely disappointing that our main request was brushed aside, we were purposely not informed until we arrived to check in and at that point had paid in full with no option for refund or to find an alternative that would have met our needs.

Convenient to beach, restaurants and shops. Noise proof even on street side.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Sophie went out of her way to help us. Unit very comfortable and clean. Loved our stay.

It was just a pity that the spa wasn't operating.

The pools were great and being close to the shops , walks and beach .

I was disappointed it was missing simple ingredients like salt and pepper , olive oil , more tea bags , no coffee machine and a water jug . The beach bar downstairs below the apartment was noisy at times and we could smell cigarette smoke regularly whilst sitting in our verandah .

Location was perfect with walking distance to restaurants & shops. Beautiful beaches & enjoyed the beach walks

Unfortunately got the Marco Polo suite. Unattended kids in pool areas. Shower screens not cleaned very well

Closeness to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Very inviting pool area and spa. The unit had a big fridge which was useful.

We unfortunately had a horrible lounge suite that was hard with poor cushions and very uncomfortable. It should have been replaced long ago. Simple things were also missing from the kitchen, like a sharp knife and oven mitts.The weather was hot but the aircon really did struggle to keep it cool even at night.

We loved the pools, the lovely spacious, modern apartments, proximity to beach, shops, everything, the gym looked great

There was no deadlock on our door to stop our 3 year old leaving our room / this was a bit of an issue and honestly the only issue!

If I’m being a bit picky, door keys were a bit temperamental, the complex is a bit confusing at first and there is no direct lift access. Bathrooms would benefit from having fans installed. Basic pantry staples like sugar, salt, pepper, etc would be nice to have. The balcony facing the road was noisy but you couldn’t hear the noise inside.

The location, the facilities and the beautiful 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in. Everything was perfect! We didn’t want to leave.

Perfect location, great spacious apartment nicely decorated. The pools were amazing and clean. Very neat and nice.

The gym: No remote for TV, aircon didn't work but the equipment was good otherwise.The apartment could be a bit more furnished.
