Comfy, quiet, clean elegant interiors. Very obliging staff.

Other guests occupied our car park. Checkin a bit confusing - at the next door motel. Don't like booking.com hassling me for payment while I'm on the road - well before checkin closes.

Location, very clean and acting manager was excellent in terms of customer service.

On booking.com we searched for an apartment and this property came up as number 1 BUT it was a motel room with no cooking facilities except for a microwave unlike the other rooms. When we raised the matter with the acting manager she indicated that it would have been much better to ring the property directly and we would likely have secured what we wanted. She also stated that the bigger rooms were cheaper than what we had paid and included full cooking facilities.Just about false advertising? We do not blame the property but booking.com.

Comfortable and close to shops

Lighting was very dark even with all lights on. Would like to have brighter lights on my next stay.

A boutique facility that provides well appointed rooms that are very comfortable. If you are looking for a location where you aren't in a pub or larger motel in Warwick this is a great option.

There was a little noise from the road that could be a problem if windows are open. The connection with the site office was a little difficult.

The bed was superior, the shower excellent and the room was very clean.Booking and communication easy, prompt, polite.

The whole stay was luxurious, from beautiful furnishings, really warm comfortable bedding and a very comfortable couch. We didn't want to leave the room. We will definitely stay there again!

The only down side was the coffee pods didn't fit the coffee machine that was in the room.

The location is great, as are the facilities. We love having enough space for our big family. This is our second time staying there and we always recommend it. The ease of check-in is fantastic for late arrivals.

A little extra light would be good when we are getting ready for an event and using multiple mirrors throughout the unit, eg. in the living/dining area. A sheer curtain on the main bedroom wall, in front of the blinds would help with noise from the road and rowdy neighboring properties.

Very clean comfy accommodations. Amazing bathroom with huge walk in shower.

I wonder why accommodations think you need 6 pillows when you don't have much space in your room to put all these unneeded pillows. ❓
