    Pros +

    • The pool area is amazing and the breakfast provided was terrific. The staff were so lovely and helpful.
    • My daughter and I had a lovely stay at the Tambourine Boutique hotel. Love the shared facilities - breakfast room, pantry, pool, wellness room. The continental breakfast was simple but lovely. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
    • Lovely hotel, very comfortable rooms, beautifully renovated, stunning views and loved the hub. Would be tempted to go there again when the weather is a bit dryer. Rained for most of our stay but it was still lovely. The witches falls tasting voucher given to us at checkin was very much appreciated.

    Cons -

    • Rooms are small but nicely decorated.
    • Minimal food options onsite. Shoe buckets outside rooms weren’t effective, it was so wet that ours were soaking from the rain so we took them into our room. Maybe a mat inside the room for shoes might have been better. Peacock hour was odd, no specials to taste or anything, just hang out at the hub which was nice enough but didn’t seem worth having a specific hour for that. Rooms could have done with comfortable seating for couples.
    • Housekeeping could be improved. The room was not clean as per expectations and their were hairs in the room floor and bathroom.

The views were amazing. The property is built very well and well planned with heated pool and games to keep you entertained.

Housekeeping could be improved. The room was not clean as per expectations and their were hairs in the room floor and bathroom.

A truly epic stay! From the moment we stepped into The Tamborine Boutique Hotel, we were blown away! The staff here are absolutely incredible—they went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Every single person we encountered was so friendly, accommodating, and genuinely eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. The views are absolutely stunning, and the food was out of this world. The sensational continental breakfast each morning was a highlight—so fresh, so tasty, and packed with variety. Plus, the pool is perfect for relaxing and taking in the gorgeous surroundings. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing view! Very nice to feel like you’re in a part of nature. Rooms were beautiful and bed was comfortable.

Thought there would be been more of an option for drinks by the pool.

Beautiful location and beautiful properly. Felt relaxing and the amenities were just right. Sitting by the fire place with cheese and a drink as the sun went down with the stunning view made us want to come back again and again. The staff were friendly and professional.

    Nothing to not like.

The view from the rooms at The Tamborine is absolutely spectacular. The hotel feels like the perfect escape from the everyday. The hub area is so beautifully done, the mineral pool is warmer than you would expect and it feels like the perfect getaway into the hinterland. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. At night, the sound of the rainforest on the balcony is enchanting. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable - we can't wait to come back and stay again!

    Nothing!

The view from the balcony was spectacular and worth the visit alone , very clean and a quiet location so ticked the boxes for us.

Could have been better equipped crockery wise, perhaps most guests use the hotel next door for meals.

Owner was very friendly and kind. Room has wonderful view on the mountains. Wonderful, big and clean swimming pool. Location 5 km from town Centre.. Room was cleaned every second day.

The bathroom need updating new floor and wall tiles. Kitchen have no sink and taps. Water kettle to make tea need to be filled in the bathroom sink but it is too small so water kettle need to be filled by the shower head. Swimming pool have no shower or toilet. Waste basked too small no container outside to dump our waste.

Next door to St Bernard's Hotel, which had excellent views and meals

Staff on check-in were abrupt with not an ounce of friendliness. Room smelt badly of mould and unclean bed covers/blankets. Car parked in front of hotel obstructed easy access to room.
