Easy for the boat.

No toaster bowls for a bit of breakfast and no internet.

This exceeded my expectations on cleanliness, staff friendliness

I would have liked a latch to lock the door from inside to help me feel safe as I traveled as a female on my own

Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful on admission. Pool looked great but did not have time to enjoy it.

Dispensers in the bathroom did not work - We had to leave early so did not report it. Basic amenities - bed was comfortable. No road noise.

Old 3 stories no lift they have tried to update a 40-50 year old building and done ok with what they had to work with

It was clean and close to the RSL.

It is very old and dated. I think it was expensive for the condition and age.

Cockroaches all night and dirty floors, walls. Very old and smells musty and damp.

A couple of days there was no hot water for a shower when I spoke to a staff member there were no apologies or a discount I thought that was poor customer service

Clean comfortable centrally located motel.

The location, the room itself and the overall feel of the motel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I would have loved a biscuit with my cuppa, some cutlery and a plate so I could bring home a meal and eat it in the room with normal utensils. That's all.

Room was clean enough and the shower was lovely

You could hear noises from the other rooms in the row (running water at times and voices but they may have heard us as well I guess) and the mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable for me. Time for a new one

Bed comfy ,pillows great, very friendly staff, air con worked well, rsl club very close for meals. Its a older motel but for the price/ age it looks and feels clean.

Discoloured grout in bathroom could do with a scrub carpet old,. Not that big a deal though.

Clean and tidy rooms, easy parking and great staff

Although clean and tidy, rooms are pretty tired. A freshen up (carpet, bed and bathroom vanity) would work wonders. Especially at the price point.

The room was just as expected for an older property. It is a 3 storey walk up building. Pillows were nice but mattress wasn’t that comfortable. I woke up very sore. Area was quiet but Cleveland is a lovely suburb. The pool is lovely. It’s well looked after but the outdoor furniture around the pool is dingy and no lounges or shade umbrellas The room is dated but generally comfortable and well appointed and clean

Warning for CPAP users, there are no power points by the bed and the closest one is under the air con up high on a side wall Otherwise meters on the other side of the room by the TV. I had my power pack with me. Not sure if reception could give you an extension cord. I have a spinal issue so should have requested a ground floor room as it’s a 3 storey walk up and down

The beds are comfortable and while the rooms are a little dated, they are clean and tidy. Reasonable priced
