Nice quiet location. Rooftop area. swimming pool. Needs some shade though. No noise from neighbours. Friendly tenants. Icy cold aircon. Good security.

A little more tolerance for smokers, maybe a bench out on front grass ? Or designated dosa. Mould on sheer curtains living room.

Great location, clean comfortable apartment, really comfortable bed ! Well equipped kitchen and little pool area was a good place to spend an hour or two listening to the birds in the bush

Clean and comfortable with everything required for cooking was there. Outdoor equipment for games was great and diverse.

Need more clothes airers for towels as hard to dry between pool beach visits when overcast. And the dryer was very hard to work out even with YouTube assistance. Maybe a procedure list for drying laminated to the machine.

Very quiet location next to Golf Club which had great meals, pool and play area was great for kids and adults and apartment felt like home.

Toilet in ensuite did not work properly and ensuite was very small but it was good to have the 2nd bathroom.

Although the manager appeared friendly, our stay was extremely uncomfortable due to constant micromanagement and being watched on cameras. We booked this resort for a relaxing Christmas getaway with family, but instead felt monitored and unwelcome the entire time.We were repeatedly told off for minor issues such as hanging beach towels over the balcony railing and children leaning on the tennis net. On top of this, the security guard was rude to my brother when he simply held the door open for him as he was leaving. At this resort we had noticed multiple cameras in the kids facilities & pool which i don't think is right as the area is for families & kids to have fun, not to be watched on cameras.On 27/12/2025 at around 10:20am, an adult male forcefully dunked a basketball and hung from the hoop for several seconds, posing a clear safety risk and potential damage to property. Unlike my family, he was not spoken to or corrected by management, highlighting an unfair and inconsistent approach.This was not the relaxing, family-friendly experience advertised. It feels like a complete waste of money, money that could have been better spent on my own little family. The way we were treated was sad, unfair, and disappointing.We will not be returning and would not recommend this place to families looking to enjoy a stress-free holiday.

Staff was welcoming and helpful.The apartment was all the space we needed.Bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows.Great to have cooking facilities that actually works. Pool area was great. If you have kids they will have a great time. Great location for relaxing.

Barb at front desk was helpful, funny & informative. Undercover secure parking was great. Location was perfect. Balcony was great. Kitchen well supplied with what you need to cook a feed.

Had to drive everywhere, as location is too far away to walk to shops, cafes, beach, etc.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.The place feels like it’s set up for guests to clean after themselves as they go, which defeats the purpose of booking a holiday stay. If I wanted to clean up after my trip, I’d stay at home.To make things worse, the amount of basic supplies provided is almost nonexistent:•One dishwasher tablet•One tiny packet of detergent•One roll of toilet paper•One tea towel•No paper towelsAll of this for a four-night stay. Absolutely ridiculous, needed to ask for extra but reception hours is limited. The room itself wasn’t much better. There was a yellow stain on my pillowcase, no bed frame so the bed slid around when you lay down, grime in the sink, and even leftover rice stuck to a plate. No foil or cooking basics, no oil, just a half-used cheap salt and pepper.This could be a decent place, but the obvious cost-cutting and lack of care make it feel cheap and unpleasant. And don’t expect Wi-Fi , needed to use the “permanent” which was not better— it doesn’t work, and judging from other reviews, management has no intention of fixing it.

The peace & quiet of the location, secure parking, prompt lift access, trolleys for your luggage, comfy bed, apartment layout was nice. Balcony area had good sized table & chairs.Nice area to spend a few days or longer.....visit the Seaside Museum in Bongaree.....it's fantastic.

The lounge was extremely uncomfortable.

The staff were so friendly & helpful, the unit was so clean & the bed very comfortable with nice quality sheets and towels ... and it was so quiet and peaceful!!! A delight to watch the bird life and be joined on our balcony one morning by a kookaburra! Beautiful clean rooftop & poolside bbq facilities ..not that we had time to use them this visit!

The Manager and House Keeping lady were so friendly and gave exceptional service. I had an issue and they sorted it straight away and did everything they could to ensure I was happy.

The bathroom is completely unrenovated, poky and in the cupboards a bit dirty. Chipped floor tiles. It looks around 35 years old. Because it was the Music Festival weekend, the owner of Unit 32 overcharged and I felt quite ripped off.I would trade nice decorations in the lounge room any day for a good, clean, modern bathroom, more comfortable bed and not having heavy, old doors that a difficult to open.I have a Chronic Pain Condition so a hard bed and poky bathroom worsened my pain and I didn't sleep well either.

800m walk to a beautiful beach. Apartment was clean and had everything I needed.
