I love that each room has their own lockable garage.

It was spacious with great facilities

The listing offered a sofa bed which wasn’t available and one family member slept on a mattress on the floor

My family and I had a delightful stay in apartment 24. The apartment was lovely and well-decorated with a charming beach theme. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the numerous board games, coloring books, and smart TV games provided. We especially appreciated the three balconies; the one off the master bedroom was my personal favorite, offering a tranquil view of trees and birds singing as I enjoyed my morning coffee. I would highly recommend apartment 24.The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service and communication. My family and I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and this holiday resort.

Only problem i had was with the staircase up to the apartment it had a bit of a smell Which i would assume was just from people coming up from the pool.

Great spot, good size unit, a bit hot on the patio but hey that's summer, super thankful the staff turned on the air con prior to our arrival.

No air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a sharp knife and some Tupperware containers would have been great

Older style apartment, but great facilities and location

Didn't receive any check in or check out instructions. Luckily I got a text prior to our arrival as the reception was closed, despite us getting there well before the advertised opening times. Also had no bath towels and had to arrange for these to be delivered (request was responded to promptly).

Location - excellent, close to boardwalk adjacent to Sylvan Beach. Shops, cafes/restaurants close by. An easy drive across to Woorim surf beach with lovely views from Edwin Schragg Lookout and lots of good picnic spots. Cleanliness - the unit was clean and comfortable. Bed - very comfortable.

This wasn't clearly stated on advertising.

Good location, close to the beach.

Access to the unit was via stairs which is not ideal for the elderly. Undercover parking was provided but it was very compact and difficult to access.

Great location. Apartment was very spacious, large single comfortable beds in 1 room and double in the other, great to have a hot bath. Didn't use laundry but ideal for anyone staying longer

Apartment needs some refreshing - broken/perishing curtains need to be replaced, new couches and a 4 seater dining table. Was hard to find powerpoints for charging devices.

Clean and tidy

The man constantly spitting off his boulcony, and the screening and fighting from other guests one night.

Great location. The rooms were big and spacious

The room we stayed in was old and tired. The carpets were frayed, the sofa was stained and dirty, the shower hose leaked, one of the beds needed a new mattress as it was on a ‘slant’. There was no hair dryer even though it said in the room description there would be one. The wifi was so slow it was almost unusable. The power points were few and far between. We had to unplug the lamp in the room to charge the phone.

Disappointing

the room we selected was not cleaned old soap in shower, lights and fan in second room were unusable horrible smell throughout the room. notified reception of unusable lights and was told they would attend to fix and noone ever came. very unhappy with stay.

The location is great close to the shops, pub next door but not too close and the beach is across the road.

Nothing we were happy with the unit it had all the comforts of home.

Kitchen was very dated & oven ineffectual however was getting replaced as we were leaving so all good for next visitors

The room was beautifully decorated and overlooked the pool. It was right next door to a lovely pub and across the road from the water. I wish we stayed longer.

The balcony overlooked the pool, so you could always hear people in the pool.

Loved the location opposite the beach and walking distance to sandstone point. Staff went out of their way to help change our room immediately when we had a problem.

The proximity to shops and restaurants

It was not clean. The coffee cups were dirty with dried stuff in them and the bathroom products had beenOpened and used.

Was great being close to the bridge and sports hotel for dinner. The lady at reception was great.

The toilet in main bathroom was coming off the wall and the seat was on with only one screw. The ceiling fan in main bedroom didn't work think flat battery
