Really well situated, the staff were super lovely everytime they say me they asked if I needed anything. Very clean and friendly

A bbq area at the pool space would be super helpful and maybe a portable clothes line? We lost a towel hanging it over the balcony lol. Also if you could make it clear what level the room is on. This is my fault I should have double checked but I was carrying all our stuff and my big fat non walking baby up and down the stairs lol.

Location was great, it came with water views and free parking.

I didn't come prepared to do cooking in a microwave.

We were just doing a overnight stay to visit relatives. It was short but very confortable. Cool airconditioned room with a comfortable balcony to watch the world gi by as we had breakfast. Easy access and close to food and fuel. I would stay there again if un the area.

Location is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. We try to stay there each time we come up.

The only thing was the ants.

Lovely pool, great location, friendly staff when they're there.

There is no onsite manager, and reception hours are very limited. We had a faulty kettle and a bedside lamp didn't work, but there was no one to sort these issues for us. We've stayed a few times now and the lack of a staff member around is our one real concern.

Great location with all the basics for a short stay. Very clean. Small patio with nice view.

Needs some TLC. Loose shower rails. Shelf on the fridge came off. Massive rain shower in a tiny cubicle.

Location was great. Lovely room. Small bathroom but OK.

The room was nice, clean, well equipped and comfortable. We were situated on the water's edge, so watching the lock system in operation from outside our room was a real treat. My grandson and I loved it! He also enjoyed the pool a few times during our 2 day/night stay.Shops, eateries, parks and beaches are all located within walking distance or a short drive away. We also enjoyed a visit to the Butterfly Garden (Weds & Sundays only).I'm already looking forward to my next stay here!

Location was good. Handy for our venue.

No glasses in the kitchen. One glass in the bathroom. Our friends in another room had 4 glasses. We invited them to ours for a nightcap and they had to go back to their room for glasses. Very poor show indeed.

Location to the foreshore and views from top floor balcony were amazing

Not a big deal but there was no ice in the freezer, everything else was suppled.

Couldn't access the jetty out the back and when tried to contact the number for them to unlock it no one answered but disappointing

I loved how it was so close to the water and canal. Was a beauty of a spot! Did heaps of fishing. And the pool was so refreshing. I also really appreciated the cleaner coming up and collecting rubbish and towels every morning as well.

Handy location, friendly staff, room comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The pool was lovely for escaping the heat. Lovely stay, thank you!
