Beds and shower were great, nice room and great location.

Only enough toiletries for 1 person and no milk in fridge (generally long life provided), for the price you would have expected more of both, otherwise the room was great.

Great spot on the foreshore at Bribie Island.

Its a pub, so it can get noisy on weekends

Price and location were good. Bed linen felt nice and clean.

There was an odor in the bathroom and the bathroom towels etc were padded their best but usable. It was ok. Light outside in walkways very bright and came in under curtains making the room very bright. Beds were very soft.

There was no breakfast

There was a band playing 50m from the room on a Saturday night. It was unbearable.Bedside lights flickered non-stop. Eventually a manager found some globes at another room and replaced them.

Lots to do and right across from the beach.

The bed was a bit stiff for our liking. I had to turn down the fridge because it froze our milk.

Very pleasant spontaneous stay. Very friendly and helpful check in staff. Loved the pre packed continental breakfast. Room very comfortable and great design - exceeded expectations. Quiet too regardless of the hotel environs, the hotel rooms are well positioned and quiet. Five stars thanks!

Good location and facilities. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs with meals and breakfast pack which was ideal

Our only concern was other guests at the same function paying a much cheaper price on another site. There was a small maintenance issue with both bedside lights strobing/ flickering so we were unable to use them . They need to be fixed in case it’s an electrical issue.

room clean & tidy plenty of fresh linen bathroom was nice & bright and spacious.

The location was spot on for what we needed for my granddaughters 1 st day of school, the beach was nice n close. The chemist, bakery n a few other places were close too.

The meals were a little on the over cooked side , snitzells was our choice n a bucket of prawn , we were expecting a few more .

Great Location and food / drinks available on site is great value

On the second night we stayed there was a major storm that blew through the island disrupting power, bringing down trees etc and mobile communications. We were without power for more than 12 hours before departing. At no time during this event did the staff from the hotel check on us, which is not great. We were somewhat isolated in our room without power, until we left the islandThe other thing that was quite disappointing was on arrival, patrons from the pub were smoking outside our room in the courtyard and making the whole room smell like cigarettes for the night. Need to stop patrons from the pub leveraging the tables and chairs outside of the rooms to have a place to smoke.

Great location and service. The room was very clean

Food was excellent and value for money paid. Breakfast was cereal and satisfactory for our requirements.

Band Music on Saturday night was somewhat distracting and difficult to get the drumming sound out of our heads - midnight finish was a bit long. Had to turn TV up to a higher volume to drown out the continuous thump, thump, thump from the band background music.

The property was close to where attending a 21st. It also was great to have the beach across the road

The room had dirt floor with tissue under bed. The shower was a dribble and the toilet plumbing made a horrific noise all night on and off. Even taped it as though I’d tell staff but didn’t see anyone.
