The room layout was nice.

The room wifi did not work. The aircon automatically turned off making my sleep uncomfortable. The ad was misleading. My special request was not met

Liked the location.

I know it was the ground floor, but people walking past can see into your room and if your having a spa, not really much privacy. Also the outdoor table still had crumbs and food on it when we checked in. Also as going to bed, there was a massive cockroah beside the bed. Also we used the wine glasses, but then next night had to go to restaurant to get some clean ones as no way to wash original ones.

Great facilities, very clean, had everything we needed, fireplace was beautiful, rooms were spacious, loved the shower room, really appreciated how lovely everything was, have highly recommended to all friends.

Beautiful view, amazing spa bath on the enclosed balcony, staff were very nice, king bed was very comfortable

The shower in the room was large but didn't work due to poor water pressure, just a single sad stream of water dribbles out. Rinsing after the bath was very hard, it would have been impossible to actually shower or wash your hair. Essential facilities not working is unacceptable when paying $360 per night.

The accommodation was roomy and comfortable.

The internet was almost nonexistent. The speed was slower than dial up!!!

Our stay was absolutely exceptional !!! friendly staff absolutely gorgeous rooms. We love the convenience of everything available. The room service was phenomenal. The spa on the balcony was fantastic. 10/10 see you again!

It was very private and quiet

Shower barely worked and water goes everywhere, tv isn’t a smart tv. Restaurant/bar closed at 8 would appreciate maybe until atleast 10

Beds comfortable. Good kitchen facilities. Room sizes large. Close to restaurants, cafes and shopping area. Netflix on-site.

No safe available in either bedroom. Suitcases, etc have to be carried up stairs. Bedroom and lounge close to Main Road.

The comfortable bed was the only good thing

Nothing luxury about the place. No view. The room was right on the foot path so people were walking past the bedroom wiindow. The car traffic was loud all day. It was dirty, cheap, and not as advertised

Very disappointed about the level...

The reception lady was very unfriendly when I checked in. When we arrived, the table was very dirty. We could not find anyone to clean it as the reception was closed when we discovered it. We have to clean it ourselves.There was no house keeping on Christmas Day without any notification. On our way out on Christmas Day, one of the staff asked our room number and if we would like some clean towels. He said he can leave some clean towel in front of our room. We said yes. Unfortunately, there was no towel leave in front of our room nor inside our room. No house keeping was done.

Advertising misleading as at looks like looking over mountain, our room look at mountain across main road so not secluded.

Lovely airy room, very clean, the spa bath is divine.

The bathroom needs a door. call me old fashioned :)
