Saltwater Villas - Pet Friendly Accommodation

Very beautiful and well maintained . Very pet friendly and the staff at salt water villas went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of they value their properties and their consumer. They really did do everything they could with us

Absolutely everything. Saltwater Villas exceeded our expectations in every way. The villas are spotless, modern, and beautifully set up, with a relaxed coastal feel that instantly makes you feel at home. The location is fantastic — quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk or drive to the beach, cafés, and shops.The pet-friendly aspect is genuinely thoughtful rather than tokenistic. Our dog was clearly welcome, with secure outdoor space and easy access for walks, which made the stay stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. It’s rare to find accommodation that balances high standards with true pet friendliness, but Saltwater Villas nails it.The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the overall layout felt spacious and private. Communication from the hosts was excellent — friendly, clear, and responsive — making check-in and the entire stay seamless.It’s the kind of place you immediately want to return to. Comfortable, calm, impeccably maintained, and perfect for families or couples travelling with pets. We honestly couldn’t fault it.

The booking.com pictures are highly curated. It definitely led me to believe it was a resort style villa.

This is not what you see in the pictures. In addition, our studio B faced studio A like two bedrooms of a top floor town house would. The managers / owners have my feedback directly. Choose to stay based on your own research. I understand and support many small businesses. However... this one might be my rare one on booking.com that doesn't get my vote.

Had such an amazing short break. It was so relaxing with everything we needed at the property. The kids were very entertained with the warf and the pool. The dogs enjoyed the property, too. Tara, our host was amazing, very helpful and friendly

Traffic noise is quite noticeable and noise from feet (particularly children) on the ceiling is a negative.

I spent the night at this place and had a delightful experience. The accessibility was fantastic, making it easy to navigate without any hassle. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impressive; everything was well maintained and tidy. Additionally, the WiFi was reliable and had a great connection, which made it easy to stay connected throughout my stay.

We enjoyed our stay and found the lady we spoke to was very helpful. Sadly, we forgot my husbands jacket but they kindly forwarded it to us for a small fee which was greatly appreciated.

The bathroom was a little cramped, it's a shame the toilet wasn't a bit more central as there was the room for it. Having the guest laundry next to our room was a little noisy. The shower floor was a little slippery but I put the hand towel down to help even though that got a saturated, but we hung it up to dry.

Selected this property due to location- short 10 minute walk into CBD and water views. A bonus was having it be pet friendly. All communication was the host was seamless and easy. I have a SUP and could easily launch from the jetty and the canal was very quiet to paddle on. The beds were soft and the pillows comfortable. Wifi and Netflix was a great addition, no issues with connection or quality. Loved the added details in the welcome pack that had all dog friendly cafes and places to take the pooch.

We were greeted when we arrived & even received a message we could check in earlier. The villa was roomy, clean & the beds were comfortable.

Overpriced for what was offered

Was like a dormitory at a school. Paper thin wall. You could hear everything going on in all other rooms.
