tea towels would be great and the spa was a buggy to work out? Clear direction sheet on how to operate would be also great. Some screens missing from windows but up high enough that no mozzies got in

Good location to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants

There wasn’t air con in the bedrooms, only the main areas. Overall very likeable anyway

Possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The rooms were spacious, the location is quite convenient, air con was cold.The pool was nice, and generally other guests were respectful around it. Kawana beach is just across the road, and nowhere near as busy as Mooloolaba (I saw at most 1 Cabana, whereas Mooloolaba was Cabana carpet), although the waves were a bit rough for the young kids.

2nd floor pool side room is quite close to the pool & spa, which for the most part was fine. Guests in the spa during day were a little noisey for napping in the main bedroom. They weren't being obnoxious, it's just close by, and not a huge deal. The bigger problem was the teens who most evenings (6-9p) were obnoxious, ignoring the rules and repetitively doing bomb dives and back flops from the wall into the pool. The bombs reverberate a lot in the room even with the doors closed.

Size and layout of apartment was great. Balcony was nice, but the weather hampered us using it.

The lighting was a bit dull. Not brighten to read by. Beds were softer than we are used to.

It was literally across the street from the beach. So good and almost the same steps to a huge shopping centre. No need for a car in that sense.Sauna was great.

Our apartment was little outdated, in need of TLC in every room. The main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable so you didn’t really get a very good night sleep.The gym was not allowed for people under 18. That seemed a bit extreme.

The location is convenient and near from the beach and shopping mall

The carpet of the room is unclean, the chairs of the dining table are broken, pool towels are unreachable and people keep on washing their slippers from the pool water. More maintenance is required!

Position in relation to beach and shopping centre. Also how quiet it was. Pool and outdoor area was very well appointed. Great tennis court and bbq area well presented.

Check in and check out time. Kitchen was small for 3 bedroom apartment.

Location close to beach, shopping and the surf club.

Needs a revamp. Give it a paint and upgrade carpet and appliances.

Handy location, nice pool, good sized unit/bedrooms

The lack of staff support when there was a blackout during a storm. The front desk is only operated during the day, but the blackout lasted 6 hours over the evening and it would have been very comforting for any temporary visitors to receive a welfare check including instructions on how to access the car park when the elevator is out, where to find a thoughtfully stashed torch and batteries. If too much to add to the job description, maybe it could be part of the instruction pack and replacements for torch and batteries that go missing when someone checks out can be taken out of their deposit.

Great location, bedrooms good size, main bedroom had its own bathroom, kitchen good, comfy and good size couches and tv, WiFi, balcony with room to sit, lift. Pool. Great for the family.

The simple ability to use the tennis court by signing in and out tennis racquets and balls was a really fun family activity.

The lift seemed very old and closed almost as soon as it opened.

I expected just a double room and was surprised to find I had an apartment.

The Microwave in the kitchen was not working/heating. We found this inconvenient with kids on holidays.

Such a beautiful apartment! So clean and new. Such a beautiful space and an excellent location. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Exceeded expectations. Great location. Pool, tennis court and BBQ were fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and surf club. Great size apartment. Highly recommend
