No Wifi and they did pest control spray while we were staying there.

The staff were great. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and they were able to arrange access to our room earlier. As we had a later flight we were given a key to access amenities after check out time which was great.

I thought it was odd when there was no reception after hours that anyone could walk into the lifts area - felt unsafe

Location of the apartment and enough rooms for the entire family.

The wi-fi was very limited and slow.

Amazing location

Cleanliness of property and tired facilities. Couch had food, crumbs all through it, had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. Curtains had splatters on them. Floors weren’t clean. Half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Staff member when we departed on the Sunday was exceptionally rude and should not be on the front desk.

Loved the atmosphere in the morning - sunrise etcOne thing though - the noise of the motor bikes and hotted up cars at all hours day and night was pathetic. Perhaps council should look at decibel levels . ?

Location and view were great - I’d stayed there in the early 2000’s

All the balconies were dirty plus the mat in the living room was dirty. The outdoor chairs need to have the webbing fixed - some are almost ready to split

Unbeatable location, with shops and restaurants at your doorstep, and amazing view of the ocean. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The room felt a little tired and dated. The pool is at the back of the hotel and looks out over the street to other buildings.

There are 3 Mantras in Mooloolaba and google gets confused between them sometimes which confuses you. What caused considerable stress was our key tags didn’t work for the first 3 days, and they tried 3 times to fix the problem. We had to leave the flat open or get someone to unlock for us and with 2 families together was a challenge. We had to pay for cot and high chair, services that usually come with these bookings. We feel we paid for those things in the price.

Great location however the second bedroom requires a blackout so the lights from outside are blacked out

Spacious apartment for a family of 6 and a baby. Shower pressure was great. Location was perfect with cafes and restaurants right outside the door.

Location on the esplanade was lovely, sea view was beautiful.

Apt was filthy when we checked in. Hair in bath and shower, bad smell of mould, dirty carpets. We had to move bedside tables out in to hallway as they were so mouldy. No one available at reception to complain to.

Location was good- can walk to the beach

Pool wasn't great. Gym was so squishy. Kitchen was a terrible layout. Dishwasher was full of water and smelled horrible. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The place needs a major renovation.

The location is brilliant.

The units are dated. For the high price you pay, the upkeep of common areas & the units is not there. Units were missing things like cutting boards & a broom.

We were in room 403 and had a lot of trouble getting the WiFi to work in various parts of the room and on the balcony. And the master bedroom bed was super firm and uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the lounge on the last night.

Needs updating. No coffee machine. Limit of beach towel to one per stay.
