Fantastic location right on the esplanade. Our room had everything we needed & was comfortable. The pool & spa area was great! We loved that there was also a rooftop spa which was the perfect spot to watch the sun go down with amazing views of both the ocean & glasshouse mountains. Would definitely stay again!

You couldn't see much of the ocean from our ocean view room! Also, the shower can be tricky to get in & out of as the shower is over a spa bath. They do provide a step you can use, but I imagine it would still be quite difficult for some.

The room had everything we needed for a little break away, including a washing machine. The shower was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Air con and fans. It was right on the beach front and shopping was below. Perfect location.

Shower door in ensuite bathroom didn’t close entirely so water leaked into floor.

One Bedroom Rooftop Apartment for $736 is quite expensive for a one bedroom apartment but worth staying due private rooftop and the best scenery possible on the Sunshine Coast.Having a private the rooftop with strong sea breeze is still so refreshing after long walk outside in such scorchingly hot weather.In addition, the cheapest way to come from Brisbane City:Walking to Central Station, take the Nambour Train on platform 6, get off at Landsborough Station, walk across the bridge to the opposite side and take bus 615 on stop A, and get off at River Esplanade. It took roughly 2.5 hours but absolutely worth it since it only costs 50 cents.Overall, everything is great except for the hygiene and air conditioner. I hope it can be improved next time, I would give it a 8 out of 10 for now!

I am satisfied with anything except for the toilet having odours all the time even when we are not using it. On top of that, the air conditioner sometimes malfunctioned even I set the temperature at lowest possible, the room is still hot and sweaty. There are also some spider webs and tiny bugs can also be seen around the stairs to the rooftop.

What a perfect place for a family escape! Located with easy access to the patrolled beach, the esplanade and the marina. We parked our car and did not get back in it the whole visit!The apartment was well set out and equipped. We were very comfortable. Check in and out process was very easy. And finally, the pool!! Amazing! Paddle pool for the kids through to a waterfall experience and hot spa. We spent so much time there.We didn’t make it to the rooftop spa.

The room was a little tired and dark, and in need of a deep clean (woven bed heads dusty, tiled floored need scrubbing, not just mopping). The fridge was missing a number of shelves which made storing items difficult.

Great location and facilities.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Position.

Shower/bath. Dangerous step up into the shower. TV consistently asked to be updated every 10 mins. Meaning it wouldn't work until this took place. Tried to turn off and reboot, but that didn't help. Very annoying. False alarm had the entire building evacuated for no reason. No explanation why from staff.Room just looked old and tired.

Location is great and staff very helpful.

We have stayed here multiple times - this time there was a bug infestation in the kitchen that came up through the kitchen sink drain that we reported and maintenance came and addressed it, resulting in them staying away for a couple of days -then they came back. I couldnt stand it so we left early - bugs in the kitchen was haunting. Then I was very disappointed when I received a call to find out why we left early and I told them it was due to the significant bug infestation coming up through the drains into the kitchen (they looked like blow flies) - and to my surprise they did nothing further about it. As a minimum they could have offered us a credit for the wasted accommodation paid - or a call from the manager apologising as a minimum given how often we have stayed there. If they didnt care then why ask - very poor customer experience. Def not at the standard we are used to from the Landmark

Great location. We had beach views. The pool was good. Staff at reception were fantastic. Nice clean modern unit. Free secure parking. Walking distance to wharf and esplanade shopping & dining.

View was amazing. Layout excellent for our family. Great to have 2 bathrooms. So clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Have already booked for next year and really looking forward to it.

The pool is amazing but there are rocks on the floor of the pool which my daughter accidently cut her toe on so that put a dampner on her stay and the remainder of her time being able to enjoy the surf and sand. Band-aids did not stay on.

Great handy location!! Pool was awesome for keeping cool. Welcoming greeting at reception and very thorough.

Our room had an ocean view but the down fall was facing the back of the shops as we were on the side of the property. The carpet in our rooms needs replacing or a deep clean and very stained, sliding door windows needed cleaning prior to our stay, they had finger marks all over them.

Location was amazing and staff communication was great.

The wifi in the room was not connecting. Staff said they would fix it on day 2 but never did.

The closeness to restaurants

Not good ventilation .. aircon seemed to struggle and the door to balcony didn’t have a wire door for a bit of airflow

Staff were super friendly. Location is superb. View from Balcony is exceptional. Room is spacious and has all the necessary items in the kitchen.

Not the hotel's fault, that there is construction all along the main beach front...

The location, close proximity to restaurants, esplanade, beach and beach walks. We paid extra to have a brief view of the sea.

It was holiday season and sometimes the lift smelt very musty. Probably would not return to have a holiday in January due to the crowds and the many dogs.

View was fantastic, looking out to the beach. Location, could not have asked for better, walked straight out to the esplanade. Loved the heated pool, spent couple hours each day just relaxing in the pool. Lovely setup of the pool area as well.

Could do with some hand wash in the bathroom, or more soap and body wash.
