Windows and rain didn't mix together well

The location was ideal. Nothing to complain about.

The unit AC failed after night one. The unit complex and surrounds are way too noisy to even just have the fan and sliding doors open at night. We survived one night without AC, then asked for a maintenance to look at AC. After opening it ourselves we found the filter had not be cleaned for a significant time. The onsite maintenance person assisted with a portable AC, however it was really noisy and we had to have it really cool with the main area curtains closed to help get rooms cool enough. Disappointing considering the unit said it had been in for 5 years - based on the date written on the unit.

Location was good. Had an ocean view from balcony

It was dated. Bath tub was dangerous to get in and out of for an older person, they had warnings about fire alarm that was evidently sensitive with a notice they would charge you $1400 if it accidentally got set off, underground car park was extremely tight

Great location, just back from the Promenade but really close to the beach.Great pool for relaxing by.

Everything was fantastic. The location is great as it's close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and the beach! The room had complete amenities and homey furniture.

The room was spacious and has very homey. The kitchen had complete amenities — anything you'd need for cooking a home cooked meal away from home. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Furniture was great but, the couch was a bit run down. Perhaps it's time to replace it :)

We had a lovely stay ,it was quiet,private and had a lovely view from the veranda . Everything was in walking distance . And our little kitchenette was perfect for eating in . One of the best resorts I have stay in ,great value for money.

Good location to beach and Surf Club for meals. Short walk to other food outlets at the near by Wharf area. Supermarket in walking distance. Room with separate bedroom, kitchenette , lounge area and very useful washing machine & dryer in room. Great.

Our room was on the street side and was a bit noisey with the road traffic. Other rooms faced the pool area and probably would have been quieter at night with the pool area closing at 8pm.

Location was great. Kids loved the pool.

The window in our room leaked when there was a storm and I had to use towels to stop it. A few chairs in the room and balcony were broken aswell. Shower curtain was abit mouldy too and the shower tap leaked the whole time.

Facilities were good and price for two bedroom with own separate spa and balcony area was great, staff were helpful and kind, comfy beds and pillows, convenient location.

Could have been a bit cleaner in bathroom and living areas … needed a good deep clean … but to be honest it was in pretty good knick for its age and it’s priced accordingly so take it or pay double for barely better somewhere else.

There were several things wrong with the room that needed to be attended to. It look very tired and the kitchen cupboard door off the hinge, sliding door stuck with sand, blinds in bedroom were faulty and the shower over the bath tub was a bit hard for us to managed and we were unable to use the tub. The driveway was very slippery when leaving due to the rain.

Old is ok but decor needs updating. Blinds were broken, curtains ripped, towels yellowed.

Overall room and service good , but room location and external noise very disappointing

Second floor room , could not leave open the balcony doors or use the outside table chairs or space due to excessive noise from underground carpark exhaust ventilator beside the driveway .

The location was great central to everything in Mooloolaba. The room was clean, tidy well presented. Reception was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the view from the rooftop spa. Whole family had a great time

Great location and well organised check in process. The building managers were delightful and very friendly and accommodating.

It was fine.

Everything was easy and location was great. The bed was very soft which was uncomfortable for us but others may prefer this. Decor is dated but overall it was fine.
