The staff member who looked after us was friendly and helpful and gave us an early check-in at short notice.

The pool wasn't very clean. We really enjoyed a swim there when we stayed there last year and were a bit disappointed as it didn't look so inviting this year.

All staff very friendly ?. My room was lovely and fresh, very clean. It was also wonderful to have my car ? under cover.

The bedside lights were rather bright even though they had a dimmer.

Manager was extremely rude, booked for 3 adults with 3 single beds . Not what we got, when we questioned manager she got all huffy referred back to someone else’s booking and she really was not keen to rectify. The walls are paper thin and I find this accommodation ok for FIFO workers only. It’s cheaper yes, but not recommendable

The room was nice and clean, the facilities were excellent, bed was most comfortable.

Close to town

The aircon didn't work well. Rooms were tiny old and rundown. Noisy

The bed was very comfortable and cosy with a decent shower. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There was a very informative booklet in the room.

The rooms were ideal for our group of four family adults travelling together. Beds were comfortable. The manager was very helpful in arranging accommodation for our next destination.

The motel was beautiful clean and comfortable It was exceptionally quiet. Will definitely stay there again

Good location and cheap

Different lady than I've had before nowhere near as friendly as the other lady I was told straight up I had to be quiet obviously doesn't like motorcycle riders and then other guests were loud go figure

Clean room, good facilities, ?? newly renovated bathroom??, undercover car parking a bonus. Sandra, the manager, was very helpful when our car broke down and we had to wait for the RACQ to attend.

Thin walls meant we heard everything in the room next door.

Location was great. I ordered a simple breakfast of Vegemite toast, with plunger coffee and juice for two, I ordered it for 7:30 am both mornings. It arrived promptly, it was well presented on the tray. Toast was perfectly cooked. So nice to sit and eat breakfast without having to worry about going out. Pool area was clean, neat.Motel was clean, nice plants in pots. Aesthetically pleasing. Staff lovely and helpful.

Big fridge

The lady at reception wasn't very friendly and unwelcoming, WIFI password details, not in the room, had to walk over to reception and ask for a postage stamp size print out of the WIFI details, then realised it was for one device only, it turned out the the WIFI connection was very dodgey. It had no streaming services.

Noise &TV people talking, doors closing etc could be heard from rooms on both units on each sides of our unit

ok stay

Lady at reception could have been ma bit ore welcoming. She did not give us WIFI code on arrival so had to go back to get it. Felt uncomfortable having to knock on the door and wait for her to come to the door each time we needed to ask a question. May have been to do with her dog. Was told we had to pay for bbq which I thought was very petty and should have been included in the price.

Our late arrival had been pre-advised and was well accepted with clear instructions for entry. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the shower hot. This is not a grand motel, but doesn't pretend to be, with very adequate features and a comfortable nights sleep.
