Location. Room was spacious and modern and well equipped with all that is needed for a short stay.

Better lighting over the bed would have been nice. A small TV screen too.

Noise in the roof all night that kept us awake all night. The bed was to hard and the toilet brush was disgusting

The refurbishment of the rooms. Soft pillows - though I always bring my own.

The manager came into the office reeking of smoke. After 1 minute the whole office smelled of cigarettes. I needed to return to the office for the wifi password which should have been given at the time of arrival and she was not at all friendly. Two small boys ahead of me asked for more towels. She told them to go into the bathroom cabinet as there should be more there, if not dial 9 on the phone and she would bring more. Doubt that 2 young boys know what a 'phone' was and it would have been more professional for her to just give the boys towels. I was not advised that the restaurant was closed and tried to open the door but everything was locked. I needed to head away from the motel for dinner - thankfully the RSL who were pandering to 2 bus loads of tourists - were able to still feed me.Plus, they allowed a customer to run his diesel ute for 20 minutes in the carpark at 6:10am before they headed off. No effort to appease other customers. This was my 4th visit - will not stay there again.

Its proximity to local shops and entertainment venues is wonderful - can leave the car parked at the motel while you wander across the road to do some shopping, or enjoy a nice meal and a few drinks at any of the local clubs. The room was spacious and comfortable and exceptionally clean. The lady serving in reception was friendly and polite during our check-in process and was only too willing to answer any queries we had. It was a warm 36° day when we were there, and the pool was refreshingly delightful to cool down in.

As mentioned above, it was an incredibly warm day when we were there, and I think the air conditioner in our room struggled a bit to cope. Overall, it took the intense heat away from the room, but even on high we never felt that really ‘cool’ feeling. We had a king room booked, so maybe the air conditioner is a tad too small for a larger room ??‍♀️

Tv had no remote did not work Only 2 x toilet rolls for a family room 5 people Room was not checked .. I placed pls turn down room no milk was left or top up clean towels

Ease of check-in. Grabbed more towels without any hassle. Perfect for exploring the town from.
