Portside Noosa Waters Hotel

Location good, short walk to Noosaville foreshore, Yacht and Rowing clubHost Warrick made us feel very comfortable and his hospitality perfect and laid back

Room getting a little long in the tooth with a few small glitches but didn't affect our stay just cosmeticSome works have started on the external and we can see Warrick is onto it

Villa/apartment had two double/queen beds which is what we requested. Great view from apartment and deck. Manager was great and helpful. Will book again and next time take our boat to mour outside the apartment and do some fishing in the river or bay. Close to Noosa and all amenities. Fantastic stay with our friends.

Nothing really. Great 2 room apartment

Very dated. Not clean. Mould on doors. Air vents full of dust & debris. Very strong odour of tobacco at front desk. Ants on kitchen cupboards.

Location was beautiful and quiet but still close to town. Well appointed units. Warrick was great - pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Could have used more towels and toilet paper.

I love the ambience of the river balconies, cool and calm. So close and a lovely walk to all the cafes and street music along Gympie Terrace too.

Well positioned with a short walk along the river to shops, restaurants and bars.Fabulous view from our upstairs window, right up the river. Loved watching the boats come and go.

There is very little not to like but possibly few minor maintenance jobs to be done.

Clean comfortable. I do think you need a car to get about but we did do some walking

Beautiful view from our unit 17... Private outdoor area with seating is nice. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Though the unit it dated a little, it is still very nice. The garage is a little small but fits your average car. It was very nice and easy walk into town that has many food options...

Nothing to really dislike, clean and comfortable unit.

Location was perfect and on the water. The place was amazing and we wish we could have stayed longer - the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Bathrooms were clean and updated, and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the place.

It wasn’t very clean. All stuff of immediate use were ok, kitchen etc but it seems like the place hasn’t had a deep clean for a while, fans were incredibly dusty, range hood in the kitchen was so oily. The back of things had a big amount of dust and so on. Sadly because it is a beautiful place with friendly staff but it seems it is never professionally cleaned

Convenient location and excellent view.

Our car just fit in the garage so that was OK. However if the car had been bigger parking may have been on the street

Floor wasn't cleaned before we arrived. Hair in the lounge room and sugar in the kitchen.

Everythint! Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Our back deck led to feeding ducks & just a beautiful scenery. Spacious and great location.

Location and surroundings. Also unit type and layout. Beds v comfortable but sheets too small to tuck in.

Kitchen facilities not complete. No extractor fan. No Salt n Pepper. Grater. Blunt knives. Oven and cooktops old. Couldn’t read dials. No BBQ on deck. Only a shared BBQ Only one blanket on bed. Prefer doona.
