- The Anchor Motel was so cute, it had a very comfortable bed and it was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly. The location is wonderful. The bus stops are very close to the motel and it is easy to get around. There is a lovely walking path that is in front of the motel that takes you all the way to the main beach. This path is very safe, even in the dark.

On a busy road and we had a room on the road. Need to keep doors shut to block out noise through the night.
Location is OK, about 15 mins walk to the main street, few minutes walk to a supermarket. Free parking which is very good.

Property located along busy road, very poor acoustic, you sleep like on the road with car noise and street lights. Very basic property and overpriced for this location and conditions.

Beds too soft and bed not made on second day and they don't clean the glasses etc that you use. Also the light in the bathroom was ready to fall off the ceiling

The blanket for the bed was very thin but we didn't mind that much

No clothes drying capability in room but lady at reception was extremely helpful and nice
Great last mintue stay for our family and it was cost effective, clean and enjoyable. For a family that usually stays in hotels, this motel was fabulous.
