Great stay at Murgon Motor Inn, easy check in and clean big room.

It was a great location. The staff were lovely, lovely people and it was nice and quiet to stay there and comfortable. I recommend it to anybody. I look forward to staying there again.

This is where you want to stay if you are in Murgon. A true jewel in the middle of a country town setting! The food was so tasty and made with love as a home cooked meal would be. Everything was clean and comfortable, especially the beds! And then there was the hosts! Maria is like revisiting a school friend you hadn’t seen in a long while. Can’t recommend this place enough

Spacious room. Large doors onto verandah overlooking bushland. Comfortable bed.

Price of the room, no restaurant on the night, room had an odour obviously had a rodent problem as there were multiple traps under the furniture in the room

Old facilities - overpriced

Staff were very helpful and friendly and we appreciated the restaurant being open for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed.Although close to the main road through the town, our unit was at the rear of the complex and was quiet.We had a wonderful stay in Murgon exploring the new fossil museum - 55 Million Years Ago - the Queensland Dairy & Heritage Museum and the local wineries.

Maria was very helpful wanted early check in and Maria put our room up first to clean so we could have a early check in very helpful and the beds are so comfortable

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The shower certainly needs upgrading since there was a major leak that travelled all the way across the bathroom to the basin .

The Staff were great and welcoming. Room service was also good and food very nice. The room décor is dated but tidy. There were ashtrays on the balcony with cigarettes which was a little unpleasant as a non smoker. The bed is very firm.

The staff were very friendly and looked after everything very well. The rooms were large in size and very clean. It looked like the rooms have been recently renovated. Bed was comfy. Meals were big and great and well priced. Well located and easy to find.

Wouldn’t waste my money again.

For one the bugs in the room the entire night were horrendous. Hardly any sleep was had by any of us. Even asking to have the outside light turned off went on deaf ears and didn’t get turned off until hours later. Dinner was good until a piece of plastic was found in the salad. Hardly ate because was worried for anything else in the food. Shower was bad- there was at least 4 pieces of unknown origin hair and pubic hair on the floor of the shower. These were found before the first shower. Grubby dirty handprint on the wall where the entry to the shower was. The toilet was very unstable. I am recovering from a broken leg and at times need to lean to the side to ‘clean’ and the toilet nearly fell over. Luckily I was on the toilet because it scared the s;&t outta me! So all in all was an experience I will be likely to repeat and will advise others I know to avoid. For $170 a night and over $80 for our dinners I did expect more that’s for sure. Once I sent an email- never got a reply from them! Nothing.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were tidy and large. Overall for the price we were very satisfied. The on property restaurant was brilliant. 10 hungry people fed in a timely manner with a delicious meal. Staff were very accommodating and brilliant to deal with!

The smell of the room upon opening the door was very strong. - maybe a look into the chemicals being used by the cleaners, to ensure that it's not leaving an unpleasant perfume behind. This was the case in both rooms.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was clean and tidy & the facilities were very good
