Clean and comfortable beds great staff ?

Pretty disappointing

The reception lady didn’t speak English and was very confused of my booking. Took me to a room that wasn’t a twin that I booked. Had to talk to another girl on the phone to sort a room. Pillows were so hard, the shower head dribbled / leaking, spraying up the wall. One towel had marks on it.

Clean, with beautiful and comfortable rooms

Nice clean roomy lounge, comfy bed. Air conditioned - no milk for tea or coffee otherwise facilities were good

The bathroom was very disappointing. No toilet roll holder. Just a wall indentation mark where previous one had been. Rusty shower curtain rail. The shower base which was brown tiles, seemed like it had white marks which looked like it hadn’t been rinsed off or cleaned. Fan in bathroom was full of dust. No hot water for showering in the morning.

Cheap for one night.

Girl that served us, was too interested in her phone and only gave us one key. Wasn't until I asked for the other room key, she looked up from her phone! Dust everywhere in the room. Air Conditioning leaked on to floor and table. It made the room smell musty. Towel Hooks and shower soap holder where very loose. Lap beside bed didn't work and power cords everywhere within our toddler's reach.We were booked in for 9 people to be told 3 had to share a double bed in each of the two rooms that were booked, with "no other option" and were charged extra for 9 people. Turns out they can only accommodate 7 people but didn't care.Woken at 5.30am by someone's alarm upstairs(the main house of the hotel owners) then staff dragging chairs and banging right outside our rooms. Constant alarms going off for food service at the Cafe they have attached and it was so close to the rooms, we could hear patrons conversations.Absolutely ignored when we tried to approach and then again on returning keys.

Isn't the law for electrical appliances to be tested and tagged Power board was faulty Room booked for 2 adults and one toddler was only 2 towels No milk for tea/coffee area Isn't the law there's no smoking in eating/ food prep areas

Clean rooms unfortunately I booked this apartment as the complex has a pool and that was the one request from my 3 grandchildren travelling with me...After a long 6 hr drive we arrive and the pool was only 1/3 full...but on the site says pool is open for my stay....Very disappointing....my grandchildren were devastated....

Pool was not swimmable in 42 degree heatFloors were filthy, bugs flying around the room, bathroom was tiny and grubby. Noise from management and traffic was horrendous

Room and bathroom were presented neatly. For the rate per night the room was as expected.

Other guests were noisy and smoking outside our room in the evening and through the night. There was also a persistent dog barking and the window was rattling though not a windy night.

Spacious room, good value for money. Located in a good spot and felt safe with a secure gate locking the motel/car park of a night. The owners were just new but so lovely, kind and eager to make sure we had everything we needed.

The shower curtain in the shower, but not a deal breaker.

Mould in shower bugs in room with doors closed owners baby crying all the time and can hear it nilly all the time

Used to be good. New owners don’t care about the property or their customers.

Gave our room away at 3pm but didn’t bother letting us know. My husband arrived at 7:30 to find he had no room for the night. They insisted they had no contact details. Bit funny considering it was booked1 1/2 weeks ago on booking.com where my mobile and email are listed as well as the capacity to use booking.com messenger. We had previously been staying here 4 times per year since 2020.

Ripped off

The staff were rude and informative. The room was disgusting. The pillows were stained yellow the room smelt like cigarettes and mould. The bath room had black mould in it and one of my kids found food in their bed.

The only positive I have to say is that the sheets were clean.

The room wasn’t clean The parking wasn’t great They lock up with a manual gate, I found this really uncomfortable when I had planned an early start and didn’t feel like I could leave without disturbing other guests I’d never been to Moree before but the location itself was really unpleasant and I will avoid stopping or staying there again.

Close to everything. Clean. Friendly staff. Jillaroo cafe at the front of the motel has the Best coffee. They also have freshly home made pies everyday, the BEST pies I have eaten in a long time.

Great location for hot pools, comfortable for an overnight stay

The man in the next room was smoking and swearing loudly on his phone - not necessarily the owners fault but they didn't address the swearing for the sake of other guests

We liked the location, the room was spacious enough

There was no extra blankets or pillows for those cold nights, when you use the shower water goes all over the bathroom and runs out the door
