Chain smokers in the courtyard smell was overpowering. Very basic. Clean, but kind of rundown. Partner had a wheelie walker and had trouble getting around the cramped space.

Very compact, small but very comfortable for two people.Clean and well equipped ✨

The neighbours were noisy.. but it’s still fine

there was nothing to like

no warm welcome - just s mumbling shuffless though we werent expected. cery noisykids and staff whicj was terrible after a lo g drive. parking was a squish too.

Room was adequate for what we needed within budget and felt secure with the lockable gate. A close walk to the Moree Aquatic Artisian Aquatic Centre.

The unlevel shower floor I slipped and nearly fell down and the noisy neighbour and the barking dog, which I understand isn't the hotel staff's fault, but it did disrupt our sleep during the stay.

Never got the room though my money was deducted from my card. Booked online to check in late but no one attended to me. Thoug it said online that room were available at that time of the night. ??it's a shame...

I was not able to stay as the accommodation did not provide communication for after hours access and the motel is secured behind a locked metal fence. I have emailed seeking a refund

The fact that booking.com confirmed my booking yet the motel clearly does not have after hours services or access. I booked at 10:30 at night for 14th advising I expected to arrive after 12am. There was No communication that after hours bookings could be facilitated or how to access after hours. The properties locked behind fences, which not being familiar with the area made me feel unsafe to exit my vehicle and wander around looking for after hours contact info. I reluctantly had to press on and drive a further 2hours after already Travelling 8hours that day.

I slept well and got an economical room for the night which I needed. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was good.

I thought the word kitchenette gave me higher expectations of more space and better equipment. Perhaps more detail of the cooking facilities would be good.As one of the previous reviews said, the parking was very cramped. The building was very old and not much space in the room.

Nice place with good facilities.

Layout of buildings create a loud space from people in courtyard, also loud noise all night from water pump or hot water service. Would have been a lot more pleasant without this. Unfortunately can't give a better rating because the noise kept me awake all night. Spoke to the owner in the morning who was apologetic and will attempt to rectify the problem, hopefully its an easy fix

The motel is close to the train, shops & the pool.

Room quite small, but bed comfortable ?, bathroom small but shower beautiful and hot.Great to have a kitchenette in the room.

Car parking a little tight but hey great to have our car off the street and near our door.

Not the most modern hotel but clean and comfortable, and just around the corner from the aquatic centre. Kitchenette facilities were a bonus. Good value.

Lovely bedding and mattresses, clean all round. Laundry facility worked well and the outside BBQ area is great

The beds were really good. Water pressure was brilliant

Bathroom floors were a very slippery

I like that it had a kitchen nice size room very comfortable and clean

Room was clean, beds comfortable. It was what we expected. Quiet and close to what we needed to see and do.

The motel manager was very kind and attended to me even when it was a bit late at night when I arrived.

The towels were old, smelly and the kitchen facility was not at all convenient.

The whole room experience was great. but the bed was not for me, I have a bad back the bed just increases the pain.

Noise first thing in the mornings was so loud It wake me up every time. Though people have to get ready for work!
