I thought the room was a bit small to be called an apartment, would have liked verandah as most rooms had these. And parking should be included

Staff very caring of individual circumstances. Coffee shop a few steps away even open Easter Sunday.

Very nice one bedroom with washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Close to rail for transport and close to Blue Mountains for a nice day trip for adventures. Excellent pastry restaurant next door also. There was some noise in the hallways from other guests, slamming doors or not controlling the door when closing them, not hotels fault, but inconsiderate guests.

Stay was excellent, definitely our go-to when we want to get away! staff were great upon arrival & on checkout! Room was extremely clean & cute little cookies upon entering. Staff were helpful when we needed help connecting the internet to the tv! Overall stay was absolutely amazing.

Internet on tv was in and out, making shows we were watching pause and play constantly, nothing major!

Great location. Friendly & helpful staff. Choice of two very good cafes next door. Comfy bed, clean room with good facilities in the room.

Everything was great except the tv wouldn't work and with the internet (streaming services) couldn't play Youtube etc on the tv.

The room was so spacious, clean, comfy bed and had everything you needed. Easy check in & out.

Parking wasn't great, missed out on booking a spot but that was because I booked the room last minute.

It was all very new, clean and comfy. The bed was firm. The team were all very nice.

The location is away from the main shopping area and not a lot of food around as it is still a new development. Car parking also not easily available.

i forget my inner clothes full bag of it and next day when i called them that hey i forget my things there can i come and get it because no one called me for that stuff and staff tell me that nothing is here in the room no idea about it that is ridiculous because it was full bag of my inner clothes

Very comfortable bed… toiletries were lovely… kitchen well equipped.

Lack of signage in order to check in… had no idea where to turn … had to ask a tradie in a high vis jacket, where I could possibly enter, in order to park and check in.Twinings teabags would be preferable.

Beautifully clean in a quiet part of Penrith. Lovely Mor bathroom products!

Paying $30 for parking is rather excessive
