Location is ok. Shower was good. Spacious units.

Springs in matress of family room main bedroom were sticking out. Smelt old and tired. Old air coolers in wall. 1 air conditioner for 2 bedrooms & living area. Gate was not closing so did not feel secure. Pool was not open Saturday, called reception, no answer even though it was within hours. Got a call back an hour or so later and some excuse was made about pool maintenance on the Friday and having to close it for 24 hours? However it was open on the Friday night. Then it was magically open later that Saturday afternoon.

It was close to where we needed to be so the location was great & so was the price. The room had what we needed to be able to come back for the evening to shower & sleep.

As mentioned to reception staff on check out, the towel rack was snapped in half when we arrived. The shower wasn't as clean as to be expected, there was dirt coming off the bottom of the shower door as we were showering. Water went everywhere because the door isn't sealed. There were cob webs all over the lights in bathroom. The bed was spacious but not comfortable, it was quite hard & the both of us woke up with sore backs each morning. The bedside tables were covered in dust like they hadn't been wiped for quite some time. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay & the room had what we needed. Just wanted to let you know some improvements for the future.

lovely innerspring, fresh bed and sheets aircon worked well. microwave was not plugged in But it did not work when we tried it. GREAT POSITION RELAXING LOCATION & very quite no fuss accommodation. Would stay there again Thank You

The Holiday Park villa was located nearby the Penrith Panthers club. The villa was really clean and nice. The security was quite good and I felt very safe there.

The shower door didn't close at all, the bed was a bit lumpy, it got really cold at night and the air conditioning unit didn't have heating built in.

Overall cleanliness wasn’t great shower needed a deep mould clean, carpet was pretty dirty

The receptionist Kristy who organized for us to move rooms was pretty nice and had really good experience with her !

One lady pick up my phone and talk to me very rude even Im customer just need to make sure our room will be ready ,it's customer right to asking but she was no patience and upset ,she tried cut off my call and let me getting worried if we don't have room (I've been paid ).I have never had such bad experiences with hotel service at all; it was shocking!

Location & convenience

The room had a lot of cockroaches & mould in the shower.My son left his Nintendo switch behind & I phoned to say we would come back & pick it up. I gave a specific time & when we arrived there was no one at reception & no one was answering the phone. It was not during there closure time as displayed on the office door. I ended up finding my way in via a back entrance & found it on the reception desk.We were staying in the cabin which had a picnic table directly outside the window. People were smoking there & it was quite noisy. It felt very uncomfortably having people right outside our window which we felt forced to keep the shutters closed.Due to the bright lighting outside it was quite light in our room during the night. The shutters didn’t completely close which let the light in

The staff were extremely friendly and very much accommodating in every way, my partner and i stayed 4 nights 2 of which we booked while we were here and the staff let us move to our next room within 10mins of letting them know we had booked again, house keeping staff were also very friendly and greeted us with a friendly good morning each day, the facilities are very well maintained and definitely useful during the summer time, the rooms were spotless and well equipped and overall comfortable, I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying again.

Nice quaint little cabin. Easy access. All facilities worked as they should.

The double bed was two single beds pushed together. That was disappointing.

Accommodating staff - It was a very hot day and the aircon had been turned on to cool down our cabin for arrival. Very easy check-in. Accommodating with our request for late check out. The river reserve is just across the road and is great for a walk. The village was quiet.

The cabin was perfectly fine but furnishings are looking a little tired and you wouldn’t say pristine cleanliness, if that kind of thing bothers you.

It was neat and very well looked after.

Convenient for work and easy cosy and comfortable

Hard to follow map I got lost every time . But it could be my sense of direction. Also struggled with entry as I have short arms so to add security card had to stop car and get out. Again my problem.

We were really happy with the location. Right next to the nice park and cafes and restaurants. Staffs were super friendly and helpful.

When we checked in, there was some mess inside of a fridge. There were no extra toilet paper rolls. It was really bright at night from the outside lights even though there were blinds in the room, they didn't help. It would 'v been better if blackout blinds were available.

The rooms were nice and clean the pool look very clean, we didn't get go in pool as storm & rain.

Clean, budget/basic accommodation which suited us perfectly. We were a family of 4 and had two 1-bedroom cabins (53 & 46). Kids loved the pool and the cabins were well-designed for a comfortable short stay. Felt very safe and secure within the park. Loved walking the 6.5km loop around the river. Very close to Westfield and walkable to lovely cafes.

Overall the park/cabins were tired and needed some TLC. This didn’t detract from our comfort.

Could be a little cleaner and up to date bathrooms .
