Nightcap at Jamison Hotel

I was very tired … My husband has booked for me to stay a few times previous As I have been having chemo at Neap on hospital as we live 2 hrs from hospital Am always feeling unwell so hungry !!!!Booked in … Staff nor very enthusiastic , could not offer me a meal except some snack I chose chicken wings As the cleaners would had noticed the next morning they were left uneaten except for one …Raw in the middle burnt on the outside Fried to the life of them My bed was uncomfortable ( room 1) woke with sore back also my neck I could not turn Need toHave an option of soft & hard pillows

The beds were comfortable and the air con worked

Poor value. Charged top dollar for basic shabby motel room. Broken tiles in the shower. Holes stuffed with toilet paper in the door. Paint work worn.

The room and bathroom were...

Cleanliness. The room was filthy. After checking the reviews, I now realise only good reviews are entered. Either that or the people putting in the reviews lied, because there is no way the room is as clean as people say and definitely not as clean as the photos.

Friendly staff.Good meals at a fair price.Large choice of drinks.

Ash trays on tables with cigarettes in them in the under cover area.

Convenient location. Quiet. Good value for six nights. Close/easy access to the M4.Witbh 42 deg summer temps the aircon worked well

No dislikes. The plumbing needs some attention eg leaky taps. Its a typical 1970's motel at the back of the hotel . Its not a nice destination type accomodation but served the purpose for sleeping.

Ther room was comfy.

Bar check in, althou free drink was included. Single female gets a lot of attention.

The rooms were very clean and tidy, when I went to reception I was greeted by Erin, she was very personable and very polite and helpful

The rooms were exactly what was shown online. Even though the pub was open till 4am i heard nothing not even the band.

Easy check-in

Noise, people smoking outside room, insects in room. Light outside on all night, beds too soft. there was milk burnt in the kettle! Food expensive for what it was. Basically this is rooms at the back of a busy pub. This wasn't clear when booking.

Nothing really. The lady who provided the key was helpful, but had to get help from others to use the booking system.

I booked to enable me to get an early start at an event in Penrith the next morning. At 12.30AM I left the motel and drove home because the noise from the hotel was appalling, making it impossible to sleep. Given that the basic premise of a motel is to get a fair nights sleep this property absolutely failed.

Good location, facilities & staff

One side of the double mattress had no support - so soft I felt like I would roll out of bed

Staff were very helpful and the food absolutely exceeded our expectations

The bed was very low and on wheels so it made sitting down and standing up quite difficult for myself. Shower and toilet room is very small. I had trouble getting in and out of the shower.

The beds are super comfy.... an yeah most other things were average

Didn't like the unclean bathroom, an the dodgy power outlet an flicking lights an old damaged iron

The location was great

The staff and other guests were very noisy at 1am showing people to there rooms yelling out the front of doors

Room was clean, pizza was great too!

The smoky smell in the pokies area.

Kept awake till nearly 3am by a gang bang in room next door.

We were greeted by friendly helpful staff.The rooms were awesome. Beds were very comfortable.

Liked everything about our stay at the Jamison Hotel.

Nice room

Hard to find entrance to Reception and only view from room 2was a fence! Noisy neighbours in room 1 for a lot of the night. I wanted to check out early but Reception was locked until 10 a.m. Hard to find Reception when taxi dropped me by rooms.

The staff were beyond exceptional so helpful friendly and nothing was a bother. Check in was so easy. Room was super clean. And the food was delicious.

I can not fault them for anything
