Quality Inn Penrith

When we first booked - my brother's family and mine the staff we able to provide ground floor rooms for both of us which made a huge difference. Also the bathroom and shower were lovely, clean well appointed. We really enjoyed the bistro next door - the service and hospitality of the staff and the quality of the food was amazing. I only noticed at check out but they have breakfast packs and drinking water cheaply available at reception.

I would prefer a real bed rather than a fold out bed as the extra bed however I understand our that having a fold out bed is a good option to make the rooms more versatile. A little more milk in the rooms as one just makes it.

Great location, very convenient. Close to the motor way & to Penrith CBD.

Location, there is the Grey Gum Tavern close by.So you can just walk from your room to the taevern for a nice meal.

Considering how close it is to Mulgoa Road I was surprised how quiet the nights were. The motel seemed very well booked but I had no trouble getting a park. Being Summer it was very hot and I found the design of the buildings along with the room Air conditioning made it very comfortable.

I found the bed rather too hard, and the entrance through the Reception area seemed very narrow considering the number of Tradies trucks moving about.

I liked how it was hidden behind another building in its own little corner so we felt better sleeping.

The car park around the area was a bit confusing to navigate around.

Great value for money. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Kitchen basics. Good for families.

Did back onto a pub which had a band playing. So was a little noisy but to be expected on a Saturday night. Quiet by 11pm

We had a queen suite with a huge bedroom and comfortable loungeroom. Even though you are on the main road, the room was quiet with easy access to food places and a short drive to the major shopping centre and other facilities. Would definately stay again.

Cleanliness, located close to kids play area..

Not enough milk in fridge for 3 coffees..

The ground floor room was very quiet and cool in the hot weather, air con worked well, TV & bathroom good, efficient check in, lots of parking, couple of eating places nearby if wanted.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

We changed to a family room upon checkin and cut was very spacious, clean, comfortable, safe and with parking at the door.

The hygiene clean especially in toilet, the space of room and features

Couldn't connect tv to watch netflix or atleast cast screen, the hotel management doesn't offer water? That was really odd and unexpected as water is basic human right, we shouldn't be buying water all the time or refilling it from pub.

The facility was very nice for the price we paid. We will stay here again. Shops and a tavern were very close by

I ordered a sofa bed and didn't get one plus there was no kitchen

it was clean and close to where and what we needed

that there wasnt spoons folks n knives other tgen that it was perfect

Price for just a quick stopover was ok

The sofa lounge was bent, jammed and needs updating
