Modern and economical. The staff were attentive and professional. Wifi was good.

The supplied soaps are ridiculously small. To make things worse, they are thin and break in half during use, only making them even less usable.

The gentleman at front desk when I checked in was very lovely and helpful

Really liked the place, clean, comfortable and good for a short stay to rest after a busy day

Location was close to Train station and the venue we were attending. It was quiet even thou it was near a train line. Bed was comfortable.

Air conditioner was loud- Some bottle water in the fridge would have been welcomed.

Very clean and had everything we needed.

One room didn’t have a fan or AC, which made it a bit stuffy when it was humid, there is AC in the main area but it didn’t really go into the room.

The staff were professional, super helpful and kind, room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom, had some good amenities and the bed was very comfy. Overall it was a quiet and relaxing stay which i thoroughly enjoyed.

The queen bed had wheels and it would roll around abit at night time. Im abit of a restless sleeper so i move around in my sleep and the bed would move abit which would wake me up but otherwise everything was great,

Friendly staff, clean accommodation with ample parking and good location (close to everything we needed). Good value for money for short stay.

As it was in a good location, it was also in a bad location (the side we were in) right next to the railway lines. Trains ran all night so broken sleep for the 2 nights we were there. The room we were in also had a adjoining door to the next room so could here their conversations and snoring. The bed was uncomfortable also (too soft).

Was a really good location, easy walking distance from the train station nearby, and very good value for money by the standards of Sydney, and a good midpoint between the city and Blue Mountains. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Given the closeness to the train station, the pedestrian access could have been better.

It was so clean and had a great little kitchenette that we used as we had to prep food for an event…it was so well set up too. Knives, chopping board, etc

The only thing which wasn’t a big issue was there were no extra blankets on a cold night

Nice and clean bed was really comfortable, even though it was near the railway we did not hear the trains. Also near a pub that was walking distance

How they were able to accommodate after unforeseen issues

One of the rooms had a issue with powerpoints and the use of the kitchen after some time they were able to relocate us another room

Great room, easy access and close to where our car was parked.

The Value Suites have improved a great deal over the last 12 months. Cleaner and doesn't have that marijana smell through the coridors. The staff were great. The location is fantastic and absolute value for money.

Location and having some cooking facilities plus laundryLoved my fresh towels & bed made daily (although we didn’t need fresh towels each day).

The trains (although I slept through them thank you) There’s a little ridge between carpet & non carpet that we kicked our toes on. The care for cleaning is missing - scungy stuff on shower door frame edges, no dishwashing liquid & if you advertise cooking facilities perhaps a chopping board and a few other necessities could be added ie no microwave dish - I brought my own luckily.

The room was very clean. Towels were changed more frequently that anticipated. Breakfast utensils and crockery. Table and chairs. Very quiet. Nearby food outlets, ( Bistro, restaurants and takeaway).

I had to carry my back upstairs, which was awkward.
