Mercure Penrith

Location was great. Room was comfortable, staff very friendly

The staff were excellent. The size of the room was great.

The rubbish left around the bin in foyer near the lifts. It was overflowing and on the floor. The staff were behind the counter 10 metres away but didn’t see it.

Location

Broken lift and door to club very slow or no service from staff

Breakfast was amazing and staff were very helpful and friendly.

They separated our rooms we had 3 small children with us so me and my husband had to stay in two different room as the children couldn’t stay in a room alone.

The convenience to the panthers club, pool, ice machine, bar facilities and gym. Large rooms and comfortable bed and pillows

The basic breakfast

Great staff, great gym, easy access to club, restaurants, bars. Clean. Plenty of parking. Great coffee available from the friendly reception staff.

It’s in a busy traffic area but this is Penrith so to be expected.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

big rooms and quiet

hallway on level 5 smelt musty maybe from all the rain

Room was nice - Bed was amazing and comfy. Basic amenities, nothing special but nice and clean and welcoming. Location was great - was able to leave the car in the carpark, and walk into Penrith.

it was a really hot day, and the air cons were under a lot of pressure, which meant our room was not quite at the temp we would of liked it to be, but still good.

The staff are wonderful, very clean room and extra bonus the air conditioner was on after a long hot day

Convenient location, clean, close to Panthers

Was fine as is.

Location, friendly staff, room service food was excellent, parking close to accommodation and easy access to eateries and facilities.

Very hard mattress. Would love a mattress topper.

Great location

Mix up with billing , dated rooms , aging

Gave exactly what I booked for

Wasn’t offered any complimentary water which I believe should be standard. Had to buy water from the concierge

It was so quit every thing is close good choice in dinning outall nice lovly stay plenty of parking

Nothing all good

Attached to the Penrith Panthers which was great

The room smelt like urineSpider webs all over the court yard so it couldn't be used and no bags in the bathroom bin

Easy to get to great staff and easy parking

The bed was super hard which made for a pretty crappy sleep and a very sore body in the mornings

Great location, great facilities and friendly staff

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location is fabulous and easy parking. The rooms are spacious. We ordered room service which was prompt. I always come back to this location to stay when visiting Sydney.

The pillows are a bit stiff so hard to get comfortable. I think more security cameras in the car park would promote a some more security for those traveling for appointments. I always get nervous leaving my car in an open car park.

Loved the spa option to upgrade. Great staff and clean as usual.
