Hot water didn’t work in the evening but perfect in the morning

Clean and comfortable! Close to a great buffet which is awesome for a good meal

It’s clean, great facilities and lovely staff, the bed was so comfortable and loved the selection of pillows

Adjoining club has very unfriendly staff to the point of rude.Property had fire alarm go off with no follow up regarding my report of a burning smell after the evacuation was cancelled.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The pillows were large and soft. The shower was large and the water pressure and temperature was really good. Plenty of parking.

It was great having a large bed and it was very comfortable. Plenty of pillow choices, although we brought out own. Everything was perfectly clean and the room was very quiet. Daily service a bonus.

Felt strange not having a top sheet on the bed but the doona cover was light and warm. Perhaps more covered carparks, especially on those 43 degree days we had!

Everything was ok apart from cleanness. Dust on tables and small kitchen area. Cups were sticky. Stains on carpet. Bathroom sink not draining well. Soap scums on floor and glass. Bathroom sink bench not clean.room carpet looked very dirty.

Local staff are friendly and happy to answer questions. The room was nice and quiet which is what I was really hoping for

How easy it is for everything next door to the club. Staff are friendly and helpful and professional and the rooms are clean. Very central to everything.

The hotel felt new, clean and very comfortable. It was next to a club that was also newly refurbished with many restaurants to choose from

I found the bed very comfortable pillows were excellent although I found the room very dusty

Th bathroom was huge. Bed was super comfy. Lounge was decent size for a weeks stay. Had issue with streaming the day we arrived the staff that handled it was amazing.

Nothing to dislike was there for work but would stay there if going back on holiday.
